I love how that one elephant pinup artist explained why he couldn’t do the style she originally wanted. It was very polite and to the point like he can do it but it won’t be good or we can do what I’m good at and give what you want just a bit different

I was chuckling every time they used the words "animal pinup," because I just kept thinking, "Furry art. It's furry art. Are you not allowed to call it furry art for some reason?"

6:19 I asked my FREE tattoo to be color and I will not budge on this.
To be fair, he first majorly changed his tattoo idea, and then he wanted to completely change the color too. Yes, it's free, but it is still his body and the rest of the canvases in this challenge got to pick their idea as long as it was pixelated in some way. I'd be upset too to know everyone else was getting what they wanted but my guy is refusing to do my idea AND color choice.

EDIT: Seeing the tattoo, dude dodged a bullet. Homie really added squares next too a rose and wrote that off as "pixelated".

Some of the people who go on this show seem to almost completely forget that this is a competition first. The artists are more focused on winning than they are giving you the exact thing you want.
Who ever is making these clips needs to be fired, out of ALL the seasons, ALL the DIFFERENT tattoos...SAME ONES OVER AND OVER, EVERY SINGLE CLIP, SAME ONES under different captions.

I liked Jason's, but the elephant had hands not elephant feet.
Jason's gasha was fire. He deserved to win, he;s such a nice guy and his work is fire. That was really nice of Anthony to offer himself up for Mike. that canvas was a dick, he agreed to black and grey then backed out and acted like a prick. no wonder he has so few tattoos.

They are signing up to get a tattoo that they want, not just old rubbish the tattooer wants to slap on their body permanently.
Do the people receiving the tattoo from the tattoo artist get paid for being on the show besides getting a tattoo
From what I heard you don’t get paid and you have to sign a liability waiver. You’re at the mercy of the artist but it’s a free tattoo

Nah. The guy coming in was supposed to be a blank canvas, meaning he ALREADY was supposed to be open to whatever. It was the Canvas’ fault for not being a blank canvas. Even Dave said it 2:39

Mike didn't listen and tried to rail road the guy into his ideas. The guy clearly asked for colour and I don't blame him for walking out. Mike then acts the victim and gives a wrong account of what happened to Anthony. Mike is lucky that he got another canvass, I would not let him anywhere near me with a tattoo gun. I wouldn't let Jason near me either.

The ink masters don't even pay attention to their canvas lol. They just want to show off their "perfect" tattoo and it doesn't bother them if it looks completely out of place on the canvas' body. Plus they get offended when anyone criticizes or refuses their ideas. Most of them seem like selfish assholes that are in it just for the money.
They're just so focused on the line work and the little details that they miss the fact that the entire concept is garbage and looks like some cheap knockoff of a mandala.

11:21 They liked that? Really? I think it looks like garbage tbh. I get the linework and the shading, it's not bad, but the tattoo itself looks horrendous. It's out of proportion and the symmetry is off. On top of that the whole thing just looks silly and nothing like a mandala. What the hell are these judges smoking?
