Odyssey 2 will never happen on my watch, and you still refuse to apologize to me for your attacking on Mario + Rabbids, admit that Odyssey 2 will never happen and apologize to me and we will put this behind.
1-2 Switch got a sequel, BOTW got a sequel, Kingdom Battle got a sequel

There’s not enough quality content for a Mario odyssey sequel, but I think it should’ve got a DLC with 5 new kingdoms
@@TateTheTalismani agree. They could’ve added more kingdoms, more moons, or heck even Super Luigi Odyssey dlc Where you playthrough Mario Odyssey as Luigi (simular to New Super Luigi U)

I was in elementary school when prime 4 was announced, i'm gradated from high school now.
I would have loved it if we got odyssey 2, we could still get it on the switch 2 though, if not odyssey 2, a better 3d Mario game even.
I’m just hoping the switch 2 has backwards compatibility cause I don’t want to get rid of the games i already have.
I'm so certain that they will continue their trend of backwards compatibility that if they don't I'll swallow a pineapple whole
I think it will but no PS/Xbox trick like graphical upscaling. A new console will eventually happen, but that gap can be very long. Depends on Nintendo, if they want to risk losing switch sales but having a better momentum they can launch it in 2024/2025. If not, it won’t be a disaster or anything, Nintendo can succeed even if they launch in 2027/2028.
So this means Netflix is never coming to Switch, either?
Us F-zero fans will still live in hope, just like we do every nintendo direct, despite how dead our fave series is.

At this point I’m convinced it’s gonna take Metroid prime five times the length that it took for gta 6 to be shown
to be fair about the fzero mario kart thing, the "just a port" on switch is now the 6th best selling video game of all time and the best selling switch game and mario game in general
The switch isn’t even a hybrid it’s just a handheld that can be played on the TV, it’s inferior in hardware to its competitors.

At least f-zero isn’t COMPLETELY dead, since we got F-Zero 99. Still a huge missed opportunity for a new game though.

I doubt they forgot about these games, more just, decided not to do them. Saying they forgot makes them sound like an unintelligent and ignorant company, which, actually when it comes to interacting with their fans, sometimes they can be. But, when it comes to their IPs, they know what they’re doing. Either they decided not to make a new entry in a franchise or they didn’t think of it (e.g the Zelda maker mentioned in this video).
