Physeo is sooooo underrated. Definitely the best explanation of concepts needed for the exam, besides questions to make sure you’ve understood. Props to the amazing team at Physeo!!
Hi. Interesting video!! Just one question. I've read that one requirement for the development of memory B cells is B cell stimulation by Th effector cells; therefore, IgM B cells cannot become memory cells. Once activated, B cells can only become IgM secreting plasma cells. As a result, the immunological protection for the patient only lasts as longer as IgM is in the blood. Tell me please if I'm wrong. Thanks!
@@argumentumadbaculum But in the case in last video depend on what you say should not have memory b cell cause polysaccharides without protein conjugate or adjuvant So no memory b cells 🤷♀️
@@hamayunAshraf But the question still here if you watched the video until the case There is polysaccharide vaccine without conjugate or adjuvant what the result so the activation occur by toll like receptor when the antigen is polysaccharide and product IgM antibody so no need for help from T cell and that call T independent B cell activation and the result will be no memory cell no class switching And the answer of the case in video will be memory b cell 🤷♀️
@@zhraaaltayip8392 In the last question, it specifies a NON protein antigen (polysachride) in this case. Since MHCII can ONLY present proteins to T helper cells T cell independent activation of B cells is done. When this is done, only IgM is produced. As the B cell cannot undergo class switching.

Forget vaccines! This actually cleared so many concepts that needed clearing!
without fear of being wrong Physeo is the best study source
That was the best lecture on vaccinations!
This is GOLD!! Thank you so much
Just amazing lecture
Excellent video!
Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much!! explained well
Plz make more videos for step 1....it's really helpful and concise.
Amazing as always
amazing yar

Polsaacharides are conjugated with proteins to help class switch/better immunity

Same question I want to ask
