I think this is why she is not on any kind of weight loss show. She knows that she wouldn’t be successful.

yes exactly, borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder are completely different things
@@itsMoirreythat is true but it easy to confuse the two because BPD to most people would seem the same as BiPolar Disorder. It's a bit unfortunate how the acronym can be taken to mean both, when BPD is meant to mean borderline personality disorder. But you can't be to upset that the larger public doesn't know this (not saying you are upset, I meant in general).

She also said on Valentine’s Day that she was still single though her and supposed Valentine were “crushing” on each other. Now 1 month later she’s in love and it was before Beck got in a relationship. But also she’s not mad at all and comparing herself to them because they’re all separate people. Ok sis 🙄
She just “isn’t stressing” about losing weight this time around…girl you’ve literally never stressed about it even when you were bleeding for two years and sitting up while you slept

As someone who used to work at TJs, she could very easily buy fresh meat, vegetables and dairy. When I was meal prepping and losing weight, all my stuff was from there since I got a discount. However, the snacks and frozen section are dangerous, especially for someone like Amber who has little to no willpower.
I used to go to Trader Joe’s all the time when I was in Texas. They have so many snacks that are healthy, for example, quinoa chips she is knowingly, self sabotaging.

She needs to stop with all the calorie dense snacks. She needs to stick to meals & limit snacks. Of course she doesn’t care. I personally have to keep these types of foods out of the house.
She needs to stop eating for a year lol. She needs to get into inpatient. She needs to tackle her food addiction. She’ll never change babe. No matter what she eats or doesn’t.
I don't understand how she simply can't eat a banana or an apple as a snack, until her next meal.
Of course, all of her drs and her vet are all subscribers of Amberlynns. Im so sure. Every professional she's ever met is a subscriber. Im so sure.

I’ve never heard that before 😂 But I love it! I had to learn to stop grazing like a pasture animal. Now it’s essentially OMAD for me. So fasting for long periods of time. From 8pm to 8pm.
So she moves to OK and everyone knows her. She’s shooo famous! That vet just LOVES how she treats her animals!

crazy that she is aware salami is a trigger food for her. so instead of not buying to be safe. (i get cravings but if you're actively trying to lose weight, knowingly self sabotage is stupid.) she firstly buys a pack of salami. then gets THREE two packs of salami sticks. she is setting herself up
dainty princess amber, shedding a single tear and having her adoring fans gasp and applaud her for being sooo compassionate. I actually hate her.
That emergency vet story is BS. She made that up after the backlash with the vet/Chili situation…
yup. that's why she kept saying "emergency vet", she was trying to make a point out of it.

As soon as she got all the processed stuff home it was the only stuff she ate. No salmon and rice when there's tamales and Salami in the fridge.

Most of that stuff can be eaten straight from the box (the salami sticks for example) or requires almost no effort preparing. Those are key features of food you will not be able to resist snacking on when bored and not really hungry. She needs to stick to stuff that's a hassle to make, otherwise it's just as bad as ordering take-out.

BPD is not bipolar is it borderline personality disorder (I know she said she also o had bipolar in the past).

I've got BPD, there's a chance she has it but who knows. my triggers were relationships (fairly common for BPD) so I've been single and carefree for 10 years, I can't see her surviving without a partner/caregiver for 10 years.

I don't believe she's losing weight. There have been several comments posted across several reaction channels & even under Amber's own video re: glitches being caught in one of Amber's recent video that's very common when slimming filters are being engaged. Amber has Lipadema. She unloaded enough carbs & sodium heavy foods to feed a family of 4 for a couple of weeks. Carb heavy, high sodium diets make weight loss much more difficult w/Lipadema which is best controlled by low carb/low sodium diets & lymphatic massages & she's not doing any of these. Once she got her Lipadema diagnosis, she spent the next year literally blaming it for why she can't lose weight, denying she was eating as much as everyone thought & it was this "disease" that kept her losing any weight at all & even if she only ate 1600 calories because of how much fluid the Lipadema makes her retain. Now she's miraculously losing weight, steadily thru intuitive eating (even though she's a self professed binge eater & food addict) while ensuring she doesn't go over 2000 calories. Does anyone else see how ridiculous she sounds? How many times did she backtrack last year on the BED diagnosis & kept claiming that she never truly binged & believed after a decade she was misdiagnosed? Loads of times! Yet she just said in this last video that restricting "cheat days" is what leads to her binges. She seriously needs to use those journals for something productive like tracking her lies. She's so sloppy now, because she's not getting "healthier" if anything, it's the opposite & what she unpacked in that food haul is a big indicator she's still in denial about how close to dying she really is if she doesn't get serious help. She's talking about her diet like she only needs to lose 40 lbs instead of 400!
Her vaping cannabis products probably doesn’t help with her so called weight loss. Remember when she was on ozempic but still managed to gain weight 😂

So I just looked up that frozen pasta and one serving is meant to be 290 cals?? It says there's approx 3 servings in the bag so (290 * 3) + oil = she made the whole bag.

@@Pbandketchup tbf she might have thought since there's not a lot she would need the whole bag to fill her up (which I understand - she's 500lbs). But filled pasta - and cheese filled at that - is a lot heavier than it looks. Honestly good on her for realising she didn't need the whole bowl and stopping herself.
I know a lot of people talk about Amber's make up and her clothes but I actually like them. I like that she's sticking with darker clothes and her make up looks good. I don't know why people are so upset over her make up, I just don't see it
I'm no makeup expert but to me, the makeup looks decent. My personal issue with it is her priorities: gorliepop is 500 pounds, and instead of taking her health seriously, she's more obsessed with her facial appearance such as hair and makeup.

What I dont get is she acts like shes short on time to get her act together. Most people have to schedule medical appointments around their jobs and responsibilities and can only make phone calls to organise that during certain hours of the day. ALR has total flexibility and freedom and yet she still cant find herself a therapist within 3 months of her setting that goal for herself at new years.
I don't understand why she's getting food with such high carb, sugar and sodium levels. Several Drs and specialists have told her that having those things in her diet so heavily, with her lymphedema and lipedema will cause weight gain/maintaining. She doesn't have to do keto but dang she certainly shouldn't have that much sugar and carbs...

@@hunterwill7826 as a person suffering from Bipolar disorder , I do agree that it gets easier to deal with. I've been able to control the impulsiveness and to be honest what has helped is reducing my social interaction.

I love your channel salty. In the hospital recovering from triple bypass, I am 45. Let this be a cautionary tale for amber who eats processed food. After decades of binge eating, comfort and stress eating here is where I'm at today. Thankful for every heartbeat and breath. ❤

930cals for a bowl of fiocchetti? a portion of carbonara is 500/700 cals and it's super filling. I think she made the whole pack thinking it's just one portion.
Oh, she knows the whole bag is multiple servings because she had to do the math to tell us it was 900 something calories. She thinks we’re dumb enough to believe its just a single serving.

Ever since I have been watching Amberlynn She will do good on the diet and then she will all of a sudden start eating a lot of carbs and gain weight and then be mad at herself. It’s like a repetitive cycle.
The reason people are assuming she is not in a relationship is because she said "we are not in a relationship" just a few weeks before Beck announced they are in a relationship. Chicky-poo has no taste buds left, but she did not enjoy either the pasta or the tamales. I am curious how many of those gummies she eats? They do have 15 calories per two.
Thw way she talks about her new cheat day method as if it's her idea - it isn't, what shes talking about is called a maintenance day where you allow yourself to eat the amount of calories you burn in a day. it's a bigger calorie limit so you can eat more unhealthy but won't gain. It helps with binging so this is something she's read on the internet.
Boarder line personality disorder is different from bipolar disorder

One would think that she would realize that she has done all of this before and failed, but nope, she just keeps doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.
That bowl of pasta is huge, its like 4 servings. Im italian so i know my pasta, stuffed pasta has a ton of calories

@trustedroot haha I know, I was just saying I know what a serving of pasta looks like. Lots of people think massive servings of pasta is normal, when in reality pasta is always a calorie bomb
I have bipolar disorder and it affects so many things in my life. Staying on your meds is extremely important for managing bipolar disorder. She needs to take it more seriously. I see the bipolar cycles in her constantly, I just wish she’d actually get help instead of using her mental disorders as an excuse for her bad behavior. I will be on meds for the rest of my life and will need therapy as well. You can’t “cure” bipolar but you can do things to manage it so it doesn’t ruin your life. There are so many things that would improve in her life if she just took treating her mental health disorders seriously.
It's crazy cuz there's a lot of people who have a hard time keepin up wit takin their meds regularly it's pretty common wit peop n I used to do it n still do not even knowin I ain't doin it. Its very weird
@@2psycho888 yep, I struggled for years with taking my meds consistently. It’s super common in people with bipolar disorder. It’s mainly because when we are in the manic phase, we feel good enough to stop the meds but it always backfires. It also happens when the meds are working and then people think they’re better and stop taking it. I finally realized that if I want to really manage my bipolar and move forward in life, I HAVE to take my meds everyday, never skipping.

As a veterinary assistant of over 6 years, antibiotics are used for symptomatic treatment (i.e. someone does not have the money to pay for a dental extraction or a steppingstone for the infection to decrease before the extraction is done) but with animals we typically just extract the abscess tooth because animals do great even if they lose all teeth (we don't preserve animals teeth like we do with humans since they sadly do not live as long as us) They are still able to eat hard food and everything. My little dog has no teeth at all, and she does amazing. Our mouths (and animal's mouths) heal very quickly as well. Now dental extractions are not cheap because the animal does have to be under anesthesia and typically have x-rays and bloodwork done, but we all know ALR has the money to do that. She just hears what she wants to hear and tries to gaslight us into thinking she is doing the right thing.
26:41 okay I really hope ur joking...but as a tea drinker. Like I drink alot of tea of all different kinds, the "stuff at the bottom" is the particles of tea leaves that build up on the bottom when the tea is still for to long. Unless it's EXTREMELY poorly produce tea doesn't tend to mold

If she has borderline personality disorder it is possible to be considerd ”healed” from it. Or atleast not showing symptoms anymore. Requires a LOT of work in DBT. I am currently in DBT for my bpd and its the first time I have been able to apply therapy in my real life. Life can get better, even with this painful disorder.
