- In a special edition of Saturday Sessions, Tony Bennett honors his longtime friend, Frank Sinatra, on what would have been Sinatra's 100th birthday. Bennett spoke to "CBS This Morning: Saturday" about Sintara's influence on his career.
One thing I always notice about Tony -- he rarely talks about himself. Rather, he spends time lavishing praise on others. Another example of what a great man he is.
Something I think we can all learn from.
bennett a lovely man..fought racism actively from a young man in the military to walking hand and hand with Martin Luther King.

They don't make singers like this today. Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett are truly class acts.
I saw Tony sing at the Waldorf in NYC (Introduced by Frank) in the 1970s. What a night! Great singer, great show. Loved him and Frank.
Two best pieces of advice a singer can ever get: 1. The audience is your friend, and 2. Be yourself.

I read that Bob Hope was the one who gave the name Tony Bennett to a neophyte singer Anthony Dominick Benedetto and the name stuck forever. Both Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennet are Italian-American.

I wish Frank Sinatra could have lived to be 100 because he could have seen wow wonderful Hoboken New Jersey has become and how New Jersey became a better town but the only problem is Taxes but he would have loved New Jersey today and I would have loved him to do something special after 9/11 like singing New York New York to a with a NYPD and FDNY chorus that would have made people move on after the 9/11 tragedy he would have been a wonderful to volunteer after the attacks
