    So what HR zone is aerobic running, 140-160?

      It's different for everybody. Depends chiefly on your level of fitness and your age, but other things as well. There are many ways to calculate the zone, MAF being one popular methodt. Look up Floris Gierman's channel for good content on MAF training. Cheers. 🏃‍♂
