Monday, August 30th 2021. I was able to connect and finish this triangule while playing open guard against a fellow white belt at class. Thank you very much!! It was only the second time ever I finished a triangule from bottom

The best thing about this video is you showing it at a faster pace at the end. Too many guys just keep showing the steps which makes it hard to see the move in its entirety and translate it to the mats
Trap the arm that's NOT around your neck/under your head by grabbing their belt, trapping their arm between yours and your chest. Wrap your outside leg around the leg that should be between yours. Place your free hand against their hip, create space, bridge off your free leg and then roll towards the trapped arm. If you're quick you can free your leg and get to side control instead of halfguard too. Sorry if this makes no sense. It's hard to write BJJ moves...
