I have a 2016 S60 r design t6 p tune with 42k miles. The factory warranty just ended. My plan is to use that exact intercooler, auxiliary transmission cooler, upgrade the intake pipe. Also turbo back exhaust. Then tune it. I'm a hours drive south of you. Might be fun to run our cars at woodburn. Stock vs modded..
Thanks was thinking of getting the big one since specs say its better compared to the thik one, your now making me consider gettings the thiker one instead :D
Using my own common sense i came to conclusion this one is better option. It doesn't block the radiator, alot easier to install, and it doesnt get much heat from the radiator... but hey that just my 2cents.
I live in very hot country where temperatures at summer reaches 48 Celsius degrees easily ,definitely car performance is really affected by this heat ,i am planning to get Do88 intercooler , but not sure whether to buy small one or large one , my big concern here is the AC performance with large intercooler , since intercooler is installed in front of AC condenser , i can't sacrifice AC cooling for upgraded performance, what do you think ? my car is not tuned also , will this make any kind of lags or performance issues without a proper tune , i am not planning to tune the car , my concern here is to restore car performance in hot summer days, there is huge differance in car performance between day and night during summer.
Good work. When I saw the original custom one I had a weird feeling it won't last. I was right I suppose. I have the large do88 cooler. Fits well, sits tight. No complaints. I chose it because in Australia the summer is friggin nuts lol, 40 degree days aren't uncommon, so extra capacity is welcome lol
Yea the taller one i think is bigger capacity air but i was abit worried that it will be blocking air from the radiator and and it will get alot of the heat from the radiator because it blocks it completely pretty much that when racing. But im not sure. We have both the tall one on our blue car its been great so far.
@@BuiltForSpeed You have every right to be concerned. It DOES cover the whole front, and I've found my aircon not work that well. It cools fine but I can feel it struggle. And that's after re-gassing it. I know that my system isn't leaking because it actually had excessive pressure prior to regas. Depending on where you live in USA, it may or may not be an issue. Could install a small water tank with 8 atomizers and see what that does. Bigger one will probably be better if you go even larger in terms of turbocharger and higher boost. But at the moment you seem to be fairly happy with where it currently sits :)
Yes. Simply because earlier when they started producing the snabb kits they had collapsing issues. Do88 i have not heard that yet. And do88 i believe comes with intercooler piping.
Hello bro, do you know if a blow off valve can be installed on the Volvo S60... and if so, where is it installed and where is the vacuum located? greetings!
Always enjoy your videos. I have a 07 v70r and 2012 s60rd t6. Really like the t6 stuff you do. Thanks for the content.
Looks good! I installed the same DO88 IC instead of the big flat one. I was very happy with that one.
Freaking awesome man, definitely an interesting build, this is gonna go far. Keep it up 👍
Do88 is very good quality, I have the same on my xc60 D5 . Swedish manufacturer !
Hi, did you experience some turbo lag at low rpm? Iam interested to fit one on my v60 D5 😊love this engine

I usually go to PIR. But it won't even be close.
I understand your car would be faster. It would be interesting to see the difference from stock to modded.
Sure
Also, the s60r poster looks good 😅 behind u
Can't wait for results

Oh forgot to mention that my car is S60 2011 T6 with factory tune , not R design
I would get the one i purchased in video

so would you recommend the do88 over the snaab intake?

I recommend GFB DV+ Diverter Valve.
Тебе надо нормального тюнера. К сожалению, мало кто настраивает мозги Денсо. Чем снимаешь логи? Хилтоновским ПО?
