Wow, such amazing talent! This condo is very ZGallerie. I dig the art behind the sofa. And I love how she isn’t shy to shop stores from high end to reasonably priced. I don’t have millions but if I find good quality I will buy from RH, CB2… but don’t shy away from a good bargain at Target or WalMart. 😂OCD me too! Even our outdoor walking shoes & sandals must have their place in a basket in the hall closet. “Everything must have a place” 😊
You have a beautiful aesthetic. I would never have thought to use designer bags or boxes as art, love that! He is a lucky young man, thanks for sharing this beautiful space!
Amazing! 😍 Most of us don’t live in a big budget, and these details makes a lot of difference, ideas that we can implement in our own houses. Thank you 😊
This apartment is fabulous! I love the gray palette that you implemented with the mix of wallpaper and paint. The space looks very sophisticated. I’m enjoying seeing the range of projects that you design.
I love your styling ideas. I can’t always click with some designers, but I definitely do with you. I just found your channel and I am shocked that you don’t have more subscribers. You must be quite new. Keep the wonderful ideas coming.
Wow! Well done! I had two thoughts about this. Who buys a condo and hires a designer when you are a student? I attended both York and U of T and no-one I knew lived liked this. Dorm rooms, living in someone's basement and sharing a crappy apartment around Jane/Finch was much more the norm with my Canadian friends. My guess is this is an International student from a wealthy family. I did like the mix of high/low and have never heard of brass spray paint so this is a great tip. I just subscribed to your channel as I love your style. Please do more videos like this with a miv of high/low.
Man, I wish you were near Chicago! This place looks like a million bucks! I've used designers in a couple of homes but have never been 100% pleased with the results ... and regardless of where the stuff came from, it always felt like Ikea - not to insult to Ikea, but they do sell a lot of stuff that looks like the price it is ... great job!
hi, thanks so much for watching and for the lovely compliments. we are doing projects in both Alabama as well as New York. you can reach out by email if you'd like to connect with us.
I love your luxe style and talent of making difficult spaces fabulous. My suggestion might be to take before pics just to further emphasize what can be done. 🙏🥰
Miriam what were you thinking? Bachelors dont need that big of a dining space!...Bachelors need lounge spaces because most order from Grub Hub or Uber eats. You should of gave him more space to lounge and invite his buddies over. Maybe a modular sectional and large tv screen. It looks nice but I cant say it was functional. Also the kitchen needed more wood pieces for warmth and the storage for the coffee was weird with those metal trays? No Maam! I dont understand this design? Those stools were hot once you uncovered them with that lilac/light grey lambs wool...No Maam! His bedroom needed some leather...Those shoes ...as art?...Really! I'm dying over here. The wallpaper was ...Nice! The logo's in pictures frames were nice...Maybe if they were more manly, like Ralph Lauren, Diesel, Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss, Tom Ford? I thought I was the only one who did that...I loved the way you sprayed out the furniture in brass too...but over all you could of did so much better. It was a mix match of design styles that didn't really read ...Bachelor! Bachelors like...dark, sexy, moody, relax, lounge and tech savvy spaces. think, Ralph Lauren, Emporio Armani, Tom Ford. You could of done so much better!
Seems like she decorated the space according to his needs and not ours. I didn't like everything, but I'm not her client for this project. It's not designed for my personality or lifestyle. Maybe he isn't manly. MANy guys aren't these days. Maybe he enjoys cooking and sitting at the table instead of eating on the couch. (The way I was raised eating on the couch is a no -no). Maybe, he loves his shoes, just like many women love and choose to display their shoes. The young people of today enjoy wearing gym shoes that are rare (vintage) and expensive. $300, $500 dollars or more. A person's home is their personal space and we should surround ourselves with things that make us happy as individuals.
the apartment looks very nice...but, it has some details that are super girly and others super masculine... is a bit confusing if the person living i it is a man or woman... and a guuys interested in fashion logos..???? oouchhh

Gorgeous! A college student who can afford a designer of your caliber. I am impressed!
Your sense of style is impeccable.
It’s amazing how all the furniture and items in the space fit so perfectly. So beautiful, detailed, and resourceful! And most of all...luxurious.
I love the way you explain, its detailed everything ...

The spray painted items look so great. Miriam, what brand of paint (and what specific colors) do you find works the best?

Men are the biggest peacockers there are! And yes, society removed God and many messages presented today are confusing!
