    Hello Siddharth, thank you for sharing all the information. This is helping us in many ways. I highly appreciate and thankful to you for providing such a genuine and worthy information.
    I want to know about the document attestation.
    Do we need to all our academic and work experience documents attested ?
    If attestation is worth to do, then I have one scenario to discuss.
    I was there in New Zealand and I did the attestation for my academics and work experience letters over there.
    Later I moved from New Zealand and then worked for 2 more companies.
    Do I need to do latest 2 work experience documents attested in India or
    Do I need to do all my academic and all my work experience letters attested again in India ?
    Thanks in advance.

      Hi Aqeel
      It all depends on which Embasy you are applying in.
      In some, they call for a Background Check. If that's your case, Attestation is not asked for. This is because the "Detective" that will come to your place will check all Originals.
      For other Embassies also, Attestation is normally not called for. However, you should be able to produce Originals. Some Embasyies may even keep your Originals for a short duration. However, for all documents (e.g. your NZ documents) you should also keep handy some supporting documents to proove. For example, Any Salary Slips / Bank account details to proove your employment in NZ.
      Meanwhile, check these two videos thoroughly: ua-cam.com/video/hsEEU97aIfw/v-deo.html

    Very informative video Sir, it's really helpful. Thank You.
    I really need some help
    I have a few questions regarding the JSV visa, I would really appreciate it if you could help me here.
    - While filling up the VIDEX form, in the reference section, Do we need to select "Educational establishment/company/organization" for a job seeker visa? If Yes then whose reference should we put? Are they asking for references in Germany related to work visas?
    - My second question is - my last company didn't provide me with any work experience letter, so instead can I use the job offer letter, pay slips, and /or Bank statements?
    Thank You very much in advance.

      Hi, I can answer only with 50% accuracy.
      It is possible to bring spouse to DE on FRV when you are on student visa.
      However:
      1. You should be able to find and afford a home for you both. That may be a costly affair.
      2. Your spouse may need to open a Blocked Account.
      3. If he is on FRV, surely he is allowed to work
      (Again: Please cross verify all three points)

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  Рік тому

      Hi, Its definitely advisable to update max possible documents with new address.
      Also, If possible, update VISA office also (VFS or Embassy) regarding update of your address.
      It is however, not the best idea to change address if Visa application / Appointment application is alreeady started. THis is especially because, They may send you official letters at your old address, which you may not receive. Also if Background verification is required, there will be additional verification at TWO addresses

      Since recent times, Mumbai has waived it off, However Bangalore and Delhi Embasy is sometimes asking for it.
      In case if Visa Officer is NOT fully convinced with candidates credentials, then he may ask to get it done.
      It costs 45K INR. For Delhi, its less (Please check current costs)

      However, you need to check with Your embassy. In any case, they will never reject or cancel your JSV application if You didnt submit it in advance, They will give you 2 weeeks time to submit it, if its mandatory.
      Also, in most cases, You can buy Travel Insurance and later change travel dates also. Better confirm this with your Insurance agent in advance.

    Hi Siddharth
    Got a question to ask. I have several years of study gaps throughout my academic career, like I have a few years of gap between my 10th and 12th and again almost 10+ years of gap between my 12th and UG + PG (BCA & MCA). Currently I am 39 years old and have been working as a software developer for the past 6 years, during which I acquired my BCA and MCA degrees from distance education programmes offered by IGNOU. As such given the above situation of my very inconsistent academic career with several years of study gaps in between, am I eligible to apply for JSV, pass the JSV interview and would I be able to get a job based on my 6 years of technical experience? And also, are distance education degrees of India accepted/recognised there in Germany?

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  2 роки тому

      Hi, Thanks for your comments.
      For JSV, decision largely depends on how you convince the Visa Officer.
      In your case, if you are able to justify your gaps, then it will surely work. You need to give extra efforts to show your preperation towards your job search in Germany. Apply for as many jobs beforehand as possible.
      Further for recognition, check my this vdeo thoroughly:
      ua-cam.com/video/Tj85gXTxCtc/v-deo.html
      Lastly, I would strongly suggest, see all my videos very carefully. They have already helped 30+ candidates making career in Germany

    • @robins9850
      @robins9850 2 роки тому

      @@FirangiFiles Well I can provide justification for some of the years from the 10+ years of study gap between my 12th and graduation, as the study gap was mostly due to work and after 12th I worked in a PSU run by a State Govt. for almost about 8 years as a simple clerk during which I developed an interest in computers and software development and subsequently I switched my career to IT, and did my graduation and masters alongside my IT job. I can provide necessary papers such as the work experience certificate that I acquired from the PSU, in support of my above statement. Hope this convinces the officer if he asks for a justification against those study gaps in the interview. So, does it mean that even though my previous work as a clerk has no relevance with my current line of work I'd still have to produce my previous work experience certificate to justify my study gaps?
      Yes, thanks for your video link I checked your anabin video and I found that IGNOU is recognized as H+ and both BCA and MCA degrees are classified as A3 and A5 respectively and they also Entspricht to Bachelor and Masters of German University, however in the comments it is also specifically written in German that - "In the case of distance learning degrees, the distance learning course must have been approved by the competent local authority at the time of study.". I guess IGNOU being a Govt. recognised University here in India, hence it has local recognition and this should be a non-issue. But my concern is that MCA is regarded in anabin database as a 3 year (3 jahr) degree and no where in the anabin it is written that this degree can be of 2 years for a certain type of degree holders. Most Universities in India provide MCA for 2 years specifically for BCA graduates, hence I wonder what to do about this mismatch in duration, and do I have to justify this as well separately? Or even opt for a statement of comparability?
      Lastly, I got into a language institute to learn some German, and may I ask besides applying for vacancies posted in English, what level of German language proficiency would be sufficient to apply for jobs posted in German ? Would it be adequate to have a B2 level in German for such IT jobs or does one has to have a near native level (C1/C2) fluency? Sorry for asking so many questions all at once. Thanks

    Hello Siddharth if after reaching germany I do not get any corporate jobs, can i do jobs in a amazon warehouse or any stores...and with these jobs can i be able to change my jsv to work visa?

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  9 місяців тому

      Hi, that is not allowed
      JSV is meant to fulfill jobs in skilled professions. That even includes professions like Plumber, electrician and ofcourse Engineers
      However unskilled jobs like warehouse, cashier, waitors etc are not allowed on JSV

    Hi Siddharth, may I please know if I need to submit the proof of accommodation in Germany and the health/travel insurance as well at the time of visa application? I am asking this since I shall not know how much time will the entire process take, so on what basis shall I decide the dates of the stay and insurance? Also, can I give the details if I intend to stay at my relative's place in Germany? What documents will be required in that case? Request you to please clarify.

      @FirangiFiles  Рік тому

      Hi
      Proof of accommodation is mandatory. You can show some Hotel Bookings (Without advance payement).
      Insurance is required after they decide your Visa, and it must be valid for your entire stay in Germany
      These two are elaborate topics, I have explained them in multiple videos.
      I suggest, PLease check THOROUGHLY, all my vidoes with JSV and INSURANCE in subject line.

    Can 1-2 years of experience apply for the german job seeker visa ???

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  3 місяці тому

      JSV may be not possible, as minimum3 years ex is preferred.
      However, I assume you are under 35 years of age, and you have more chances to get Opportunity Card.

    I have a diploma in mechanical and 16 years experience in IT sector where 8 + years is in project management....is it possible to get a visa and job in Germany? Also it's shows that my university is recognised in the Anabin database

      Surely you are eligible.
      I will however recomended that instead of Project Management skills, you should try to project yourself as Technical speciaalist.
      For admin roles, you must be very fluent in German.
      Overall, with 16 years experience in IT, you surely have good chances of employment.

    Hello Sir, Thank you for making very informative video. I had one doubt about the Visa Application Form, it asks for reference. Online form doesn't mention Indian reference or German but it's a mandatory field. But the offline form clearly says Reference in the Federal Republic of Germany. If I go with the online form, will an Indian reference person be accepted? VFS and Consulate did not respond to this question. Please advise. Thank you.

      Hi, apologies for delayed reply.i was travelling.
      Normally it is obvious that a Candidate applying for JSV may not have any person known in Germany ( my case )
      So it should be ok if you mention any Indian reference.
      Further, I believe this form is a generic form and not exclusively for Jsv. In other cases like tourist Visa or work permit visa, Candidate can easily mention relatives name or HR.
      In any case, for this point, i believe they will not stop your application. At max they will insist you to provide some reference (India or Germany)
