Zeratul was like a glorious and honorable protoss warrior in starcraft 1,then raszaghal died and now he feels dishonorable,is even disrespected by his own dark templar... Such an awesome character.

The coolest part to me was that "You speak of knowledge, Judicator? You speak of experience?"
That speech was so cool.

I feel like he was way more serious and had a 'that guy you don't fuck with' kind of personality back then. Now he just sounds and looks like a tired old man.
Zeratul is like that old guy that everyone mocks his stories of prophecy and such and it turns out he was right all along. He feels guilty because everything from the fall of Auir, the death of Raszagal, and the return of the Queen of Blades are his fault. But unbeknownst to most, they were all necessary to save the universe. He's some 640 years old by this point, which is the equivalent of 50yo male, so he's not exactly young (compare to Artanis who is only 270 or so). You can see in the cut scenes in sc2 that he definitely is losing his edge. He suffers wounds from battles that once he would have won handedly. Just goes to show how well Blizzard tells this story.
Fun fact or sad fact... this Talis makes another appearance as Fenix’s adept hero
I just noticed that Talis is fenix's adept champion in coop, i had no idea she appeared and died during the campaign O_o

Oh yeah, also Khaldalis is the one-eyed zealot who leads the charge in LOTV cinematic

Back in SC 1 Zeratul's blade did 100 damage...though Raszagal was technically the most powerful dark Templar in SC1 as she did 125 damage BUT you couldn't play as her at all you COULD however click on her and see her stats during her dying scene. and Tassadar's ghost was on AIUR and NOT CHAR
TheQiuetOne She did have way less shields, though. Zeratul still wins! Raszagal was the snappier dresser, though
TheQiuetOne in WoL during the 4 protoss missions zeratul did 100 damage too and 125 damage vs structures
Really want to remind you early on this play through. Don't forget to take your natural.
After 2:23 Abathur would say: CCTV usage ineffective against cloaked units, further adaptation required...

Before you start LotV main campaign, you must watch Reclamation video, please.
Lots of similarities with the first Zeratul mission from Wings of Liberty right down to blinking all over the place and an allied hero sacrificing themselves to aid in your escape. And before that in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne there was a mission where Maiev blinked all over the place and left an ally to behind while she escaped.

Merging High Templars into Archons in this Mission used to count as losing units. It was like that for months. But it seems they have patched it.
Nope. Lowko merged two high templars and yet he obtained the "One with the shadows" (Don't lose any units) achievement.
Yes. I updated the comment when I saw the ending screen. It used to be like that for a long time. I hunted all achievements back then too.

You don't have to be dead to have a purifier AI based on you, you kind of have to be alive for the AI to be made in the first place

007 Gollum I made that one already on the last episode. On that one lowko said that the colossi shoot lasers out of their noses, so I made that iszha joke that she's an infested coloss....

I can't wait to see the next episode. Legacy is my favorite of the campaigns in SC2.
Has anyone found out why do protoss have nipples when they have no mouth?
rezaka116 to compensate for Ishzas nose in the Xel'Nagas grand plan for balance in the Universe...purity of form obviously demands nipples....purity of essence does not require noses.

You are all wrong. Protoss can suck psymilk from their mothers nipples, but not using their mouths, but the Khala. In the Lore of LotV they all abandon the Khala. Since then, the nipples are vestigial. They are researching a new cybernetic way to suck psimilk. It is all explained in the SC comics.
And for her noble deeds, Talis has been eternalised as a Purifier Adept leader.

And yet, he pushes forward with the heaviest burdens on his shoulders
Talis is the adept AI with Phoenix in the Co-op mode
In addition to "reclamation" you should also manually select to view the "unity" cinematic before starting the main campaign, because unless they fixed it, it doesn't play it automatically for some reason...and it's the best freaking cinematic in all of existence.
I just noticed that that Talis be sacrificing herself she ofcourse was considered a hero to her people and she is now one of the AI personalities when you get to play Fenix at co-op

Hey lowko, just saying; They're called void rays cuz they are void rays; they function like the normal void rays. The ones you get to control later on are Destroyers.

my older side changed how i approach difficulty- i don’t hesitate to knock it down a notch if i’m having trouble.The only exception being tactical turn-based ,breeze through that shit now, and i’m always left wanting for “better AI”
I just realized something...all Protoss are one with the Khala at the beginning of Legacy, sharing the same mind sort of thing...wouldn't Artanis already know about everything that happened...like...seriously, that's a huge plot hole with the whole Khala thing

The khala shares emotions primarily and can only be used to share information at short distances, if Talis' forces were large enough he might've felt them dying but he wouldn't have known where or why

There is also the mission on Kaldir in HOTS when you see the protoss trying to contact Shakuras using Psi-link spire.
And dark templar dont have kala it s why they are called heretics. Also why the conclave doesnt like them

Fuck yeah, Artanis next time! The next mission, the first true Legacy mission, is amazing. Such a power trip getting so many units right off the bat.

Escape from this temple is the hardest part of this mission.

Random fact: The voice actor for Amon is the same guy who voiced Sargeras in World of Warcraft, and Imperius in Diablo 3.
Pretty sure those are actually just void rays. They have the standard blue beam and everything.
Dont forget those mastery achievements Mr Lowko! This mission's a timed one I believe.

With your Void Ray confusion, the thing is that the Tal'Darim never actually use Tal'Darim units when you fight them prior to Nova's campaign. It makes no sense in universe but it's to stop players from feeling like they were lied to in terms of what counters what. Like since Void Rays counter Colossous, it would mess with players if the Tal'Darim used Wrathwalkers instead since Wrathwalkers can actually fight back against Void Rays.

It's so interesting that there is a The Tomb of Sargeras "copy" in LotV campaign. Obviously Blizzard will not make the final battle against Amon a copy of Mount Hyjal, but did someone do this in arcade maps?
i never understood why Talis couldn't have escaped together with Zeratul like IS HIS SHIP THAT TINY

I honestly wish there were more “dungeon crawling” missions in SC; they’re the most fun missions in the campaign in my opinion.
Actually, Void Armor regeneratees shields in this mission.
Like, if you take shield damage and use Void Armor, only the armor that is over your normal maximum will wear off after 10 sec
Be sure to watch the short video "Reclamation", the prologue to Legacy of the Void! :)

the dark voice is something different than the voice in the darkness which is not Amon, but something that was there before the xel naga.
Its an entity which aint explained in the game at all, but has a huge part in comics and books.
Basicly the people are guessing that he is the one who corrupted Amon.

P.S. Amon's Protoss are hallucinations and don't do any damage - the same can't be said for the Hybrids though, and the few Tal'darim still in the temple.

Lowko, how do u think everyone can see Zeratul, if they aren't detectors like for example Kerrigan and all others
KingCrasher YT he can decloak(is this a real word?) You see it in the cutscenes where he sometimes is invisible sometimes not. Also most of them have enoigh psionic power to feel that zeratul is around
