I was excited by setting, and I still have a big hopes, but I think flow of the game would be boring in long term. Differences between different models seams minor. Simple games are easy to learn and fun only in short term :(
Honestly my mind is immediatly drawn to the prospect of making 30/40k trench scenarios with these rules. So much potential, can't wait to try it out! :D

Yeah I just wanted to make a rules video to help people out. I may not agree with folks on certain issues but I respect they have an opinion. My wife and I have different political views and we talk about it and respect each other.

Came here thinking it was Trench Crusade official but you just make really good vids with unusually clear explanation. The Blackout vid was just as well pitched, you can absolutely play first games using these vids instead of quick play rules - that's praise indeed.
Have to say that apart from the ubiquitous/obligatory 40k your featured games are a well chosen best of indicative of thinking gamers with good taste.
I'm not really one for battle report vids but as a traffic contribution I can put them on whilst I paint - which I'm not doing near enough of

Nice to see you got some figures, probably for free to promote TC. I joined the KS campaign at the very beginning and am still waiting for even one.
I contacted them and told them what I wanted to do. They sent me some stl files. I was going to make it regardless so it looks better to have their miniatures.

This looks a bit like 1st ed necromunda but with dice pools. Count me interested.
Such a shame the US online culture war nonsense has already attached itself to this though. Hopefully that can all be left behind and everyone can get on with enjoying gaming, whoever they are.
Yes agreed. It's somewhere around the Necromunda/Mordheim style of game. And it is a shame. It's an IP in development and people can choose to play it or not. I'm not sure why we can't just leave it at that.

Where did you get the models used in this? I wanted to print some models that match the tone of the setting and haven't had much luck.
These were sent over to me from the TC team. My guess is they will become available via Kickstarter as TC gets closer to launch. I see lots of ideas on the FB group.

Warmachine table top games is pretty good and the prices are not as bad as Games Work shop.
Love the game but seems like for larger games as they grow..it hard to actually take out an enemy...cause them to go out of actoin. Was told when doing an injury roll you roll +1 on the injury table for every blood marker they have currently after all have been spent during the attack....or am i totally wrong on that?

@@MiniatureGameMontage So re-reading it..there is now a rule for blood bath that lets you ADD a dice to the injury role if they have 6 blood markers or 3 in some cases. Think this is a needed change. can't wait to see a full how to play from ya.

This looks interesting and I'd definitely be interested in giving it a go. Admittedly I only learned about it because of the controversy of toxic reactionaries planning to migrate, but the mechanics seem cool enough. Hopefully I don't run into any of those people though.
As an aside, I got very confused about blood markers because I couldn't tell who each character was and how handing out the markers worked. Is it right to say it's essentially a latent debuff you can activate at any time, so long as the enemy model has it?

@Dogman90980 Some people were throwing around racist slurs on the discord of 28mag and got banned by 28mag staff. This apparently was all the fault of the Trench Crusade developers (because….err, reasons) so all the salty edgelords are spamming youtube videos about it with lies. Trench crusade was going great before the anti-woke culture warriors tried to co-opt it for themselves after finding out about it 3 days ago, and it will continue to stay great after the discord server held the line and pushed them out.

If you don't like female custodes your army doesn't need to have any (if you play custodes or play at all) if you don't like something you don't have to engage with it. It is a subjective matter.
Warhammer isn't going anywhere, Trench Crusade isn't going anywhere, it does not affect you beyond you not "liking" a decision they made- I wish people would stop engaging with rage bait content- it has a harsher effect on the hobby than anything else.
