Some quick background on myself: I'm a former ATP player. I have ATP points, played on the tour. Played division 1 college tennis and have played tennis for approximately 40 years - a little more - at the highest levels of the game. I've also been a coach and teaching profession during that period.
So, a few years back I took a hiatus from the game with some other activities and came back about 3 years ago to full-time teaching and playing again.
And developed a case of what I now know to be Tendinosis. I got a lot of advice from students and friends about how to deal with it, none of which I really wanted to do and which really didn't do much, like icing.
And some of the massages I would see on UA-cam, and so forth, really didn’t have enough context around them to be effective…
But, fortunately, I found Tennis Elbow Classroom, signed up and got immediate relief the next day - while I was playing and teaching
I kept up with the program and after 60 days or so it was about 60 or 70% pain free, and after about 90 days I was 80/85% pain free and then after 120 days I was close to being pain free but not quite - maybe 95%
And a short time after that, within the next couple of months, became 100% pain free.
And note that during this time I took no rests or breaks. I kept teaching and playing full time and was able to get rid of my Tennis Elbow.
So, since then, I have recommended it to many of my students and they have recommended it to their friends - Everyone has gotten similar results
Several people have commented that they were contemplating quitting tennis and have now been able to keep playing tennis and have gotten rid of their pain.
So for me I went through this program about a year ago so I've been about a year pain free and now my boys have some issues so I'm getting back in touch with Allen to get some help and some consulting about that.
