In another life I feel like Arthur and Micah would be friends. Especially Low Honor Arthur. Both are cynical, and arm themselves with revolvers and one liners. Their personalities kinda bounce off each other.
I think it's a shame that we can't get Arthur to not just... automatically hate Micah. They're really fun together, but Arthur shuts it down without player input. I'm guessing that the devs wouldn't want to have to write a bunch of different scenarios as well as likely a different ending depending on how the player treated Micah, though.

I believe it's kind of an Easter egg sorta thing. He said "good line" and "I'll remember that" often. Every single person he said the to, he outlived. I think he saw a lot of the gang as posers and their subsequent deaths affirmed that to him.

I think the way Micah acts in the beginning is a good example of how he treated Dutch to gain his trust... Put it into context and you notice little clues in the way he talks and his gestures, that suggest his words are not genuine. The only one, that somewhat seems genuine is his apology after Blessed are the Peacemakers. But even that has something off about it, though it might just be Micah being bad at apologies...

Well i think at the beggining he didn't want to rat them out, and tried to be friendly. But after that bank robbery, and all the other fuck ups of the gang, he decided that he's better off by himself with a few of his friends.
Micah was an opportunist for sure but he wasn't completely responsible for the gang's collapse. I think he actually liked Arthur at the beginning but once he saw he couldn't win him round and Dutch was making such a fine mess of things he flipped. I mean, why not? the whole thing was pretty much over by Beaver Hollow. I have over 500 hours in the game at this point and the more I play the more I can appreciate Micah... If only he wasn't as slimy as he was.

Micah and Arthur would have potentially been the most powerful duo in Rockstar history. They were so similar, but the few differences they had made all the difference.
I kinda wish micah was the definition of don't judge a book by its cover because when I first saw him he looked like an antagonist but i wished he was a hot head but always loyal great character tho 👍
Micah wasn't even nice in the beginning, I don't know what all these comments mean. He's very sarcastic and belittling, and tries to suck up to Arthur like he did to Dutch, the difference is after he shoots up strawberry and Arthur gets pissed at him he realises Arthur won't put up with his shit, and that's when he starts revealing his true motives. He was always off he just wasn't outright evil, that doesn't mean he was good or "nice" 🤦🏽♂️
This doesn't make him a good man, but I think he genuinely likes Arthur, he's just a cynical and prickly person in general. Arthur is like that too; he makes fun of Bill, John, and Dutch all the time. He's only totally awful towards Arthur in Chapter 6 when Arthur is actively working against Micah's interests. In Chapter 4, Micah even expresses some of his issues with Dutch (indirectly), but at that point, Arthur hasn't totally lost faith yet.
Exactly he’s testing Arthur and Dutch to see how much he could get away with. He quickly learns that Dutch loves being praised but he has a difficult time with Arthur because Arthur knows what he’s trying to do and calls him out. This is why when Arthur becomes sick and weak Micah starts to become awful because it was built up hatred and frustration if not being able to manipulate him. Like a true snake he waited and waited for the perfect opportunity to strike, and for that you gotta give Micah credit for single-handedly breaking one of the most notorious gangs at the time from within
If we noticed that arthur and micah in the biginning was very friendly but rock star wanted them to be enemies in the end and rock star tryed to make micah pure evil and they succed it.

I honestly feel sorta bad for Micah, most interactions looks like hes trying to fit into the gang and trying to make things better with Arthur. For example, 1:05 he says "I can call you brother, can't I?", and I just think hes trying to fit in since he recently joined the gang.

Finally someone, most people believe micah is a rat because he is a bad person but we also see it in arthur's pov and people don't think that maybe milton tryd to make the gang fight each other (which worked) when arthur confronts dutch in the last mission you can see pinkertons watching them

But still a lot of the things low honor Arthur does or his thoughts on things are very in line with Micah's. Only difference is he has a couple of Hosea's beliefs. I think low honor Arthur just aligns more with Dutch's teachings, whereas high honor is more like Hosea.
Because him shooting up Strawberry is when he reveals what kind of person he is, remember he’s one of the gangs newest members so of course he didn’t SEEM bad until that mission
