how would you be sued for editing out the sponsors if you're literally uploading sam o nella videos strung together back to back with minimal editing otherwise
Uh, that isn't how that works. At all. Nobody has any reason to sue you for anything; you're not making any money off of it, so you have nothing to worry about at all.

As a former baby with former experience, i can seriously attest to that , like, LITERALLY! 2:25 i saw a skit about a guy fiddling with an unplugged microwave because he tried making popcorn , but the microwave stopped working, then he did a sad/whomp face.when he tried fixingit, he got electrocuted and died, then i felt pure sadness. That was when i was very young dumb and broke
@@Turnthatfrownupsidedown.Well to be fair this guy uploading Sam's videos in long format is essentially profiting off of Sams voice, art and content and I highly doubt he will or he even can give sam royalties so to a certain extent he/she is doing minimal work and profiting off of it unless they're not. In that case and they aren't making money off of it I don't think it's that big of an issue imo

Probably not a big deal to Sam who gets millions of views per video and this one has barely over 10k, but if he wanted to he would be in his right to take it down.
