    Watching this made me cry, I didn't realize how much I'm in my masculine energy taking care of everyone, house chores, picking up half of the financial weight in my relationship and not having enough time for myself. I hope things will be better balanced at some point soon. Thank you for your videos ❤

    Hello Lisa, I just want to thank you for all that you have done for us! I stumbled upon your videos during Covid-19 lockdown when I was 16 and you caught my attention. I never realized how much the world has surpressed my femininity. You have helped me learn about myself in the best way. I’ll be turning 20 soon and I am still learning about myself and my femininity, but I would have never been in this position if it wasn’t for you because you began my journey and I feel like I’m changing from my feelings to the way I dress, to even my attitude. Thank you so much and please keep going and don’t stop what you are doing 💖💖💖

    I'm very grateful to find your channel! Thank you for your advice! As a frontwoman in a band it's difficult sometimes. Especially dealing with my bandmates. I was always in survival mode and I was always getting upset or stressed. Now I'm working on myself to get more into my feminine energy. I've been watching many of your videos lately. Thank you.

    I needed this video today! I struggle with people pleasing and being a pick me. Every video you put out I watch over and over and over until it clicks. I also put quotes and statements you make that resonate with me on post it’s and put them on my vanity so I can see them at all times.

    Turning on my masculine energy has helped me be less emotional and unbotherd. If you're naturally on the extreme feminine side you have to balit with masculine. The reason coaches are encouraging feminine is for women who are more in their masculine. Balance of feminine and masculine is for women and men.

    Every time when I allow myself to go out of the survival modus, I look around and see most women are in jeans etc ==> practical like workers
    And then I thought than I am not normal because I preferred nice pretty clothes...
    But now I am proud to wear pretty feminin outfits , even when I am the only one 🤗
    because of your update I now know that most of them in the survival modus and that a lot of them don't know this and that others never would tell me that they miss a femininer style, too.
    Thank you very much 😘💐

    This is my second time watching this video. I think a lot of people are missing the point of the message…
    Yes we can’t all abandon our jobs/kids/bills etc and be horizontal on the couch. Modern life, even with all its technology is difficult for a lot of women (and men too) in a multitude of ways. But I can guarantee no matter what your current circumstances are there will be one or two small things you can do to bring down survival mode. Don’t think it’s possible to get out of it completely- I’m being realistic. However, even if you are someone who eats clean and exercises etc….you could look at identifying your triggers, whether it’s money,men or whatever and aim to make changes over a 30 day period. It’s hard for me to save money, but even just a bit of savings started to lower my cortisol/stress when I look at online banking. Getting rid of the f&&k boy, helped my sleep because I let go of my mobile phone. These things are not massively life changing like quitting your job or moving countries but they have improved my quality of life and that’s what brings you out of survival x

    Stressed, insecure, masculine women.....they attack me because I have boundaries, and act unbothered. But i am very emotional, when they attack me, i cry, i isolate from them. I don't know how to handle the situation. Especially if it's a coworker, and i have to see them every day

I do have a coworker who is always in a rush, wants everything perfect without mistakes, passively blames me for stuff. You are adorable. Enjoy your 20s, because this isn’t feasible when you get older. I have been in survival mode/burnout for around 10 years. Unfortunately, getting out of it probably isn’t possible. In spite of looking much younger than my age, taking care of myself physically (exercise, eating well, etc), dressing well - i can’t even find a date. After listening to Sadia Kahn, it was confirmed that traditional women can’t get dates. So now what? At 47, i have to think of retirement - alone - and how to get there - alone - while trying to pay all the 100% inflation bills - alone. Fun, huh? Keep trying while you’re young. Everything I tried has failed except the very career I hate. Oh well.

    • @lou15176
      @lou15176 3 місяці тому +1

      This is me also. Well I’m 48, so you’re nearly as old and burnout as me! Congrats! 🥳 lol …
      On a more serious note I am concerned for the younger generation. People are not wanting traditional relationships, and this is leading to a lack of bonding. Also the lack of commitment is difficult if you treasure starting a family. Hook up culture is massive. People are in denial about their porn addiction and attitudes towards casual sex. I’m not a prude. Obviously do what you want. How did it become this way? It’s these things - 📱 yes I love mine but I don’t want to order sex like it’s a dominos pizza 🍕 x

    • @lou15176
      @lou15176 3 місяці тому +2

      I also like Sadia Khan, I understand what she is saying about traditional women. Also hear people pointing out the dating pool is significantly smaller after 40. Having said that there is 7 billion on the planet and nothing is impossible. Lisa has previously talked about “abundance mindset” which I do agree with. But I also like to be realistic as I find this more of a balanced approach x

    • @rachaelwilliams786
      @rachaelwilliams786 3 місяці тому +2

      @@lou15176 thank you for mentioning that. Unfortunately, the abundance mindset and manifestation does not work for everyone. I’m living proof for that. And I’m only interested in men, so that 7 billion got smaller. There was a really funny video on a woman trying to find eligible men, and it really is accurate when you narrow everything down from age group, to nationality, sexual preference, etc. it is well done but also very funny.

    • @lou15176
      @lou15176 3 місяці тому +1

      @@rachaelwilliams786 😊 yeah the 7 billion thing. That’s more a reminder for myself due to past mistakes of putting someone on a pedestal and thinking they are “god like” letting them dictate my moods - good or bad. I had to remind myself they are human!
      Oh yeah and the figure keeps dropping if you take out anyone who is married or gay, or significant age gaps etc. x

    • @Val.Kyrie.
      @Val.Kyrie. 3 місяці тому +4

      You need to look at stoicism.
      Stop looking for a date. Be the date. Work on yourself, actually be unbothered, and be thankful for what you do have not what you want. We are ALL a getting screwed these days, and being depressed won’t fix it.

    @anne-sophielahlou2312 3 місяці тому +1

    Dear Lisa, I agree 💯% with what you state and those are amazing advice, but you seem to not have children (yet or not). Let me tell you, how difficult it is to apply your advices when you are a mum, children, if you want to raise them well (this is another topic, on which I could start a UA-cam channel 😂) are draining, most of the time positively, but still taking time for yourself is really hard. I join you on the fact that if you give this beautiful feminine energy, you will find the right man that will be an extraordinary dad for your kids, and then will be able to support you. Unfortunately if you don't choose the right man, he is not going to support you properly, either staying married to you, and being a jerk, or leaving you. Take care!
