It depends. Every state hs its own rules which can be found on their lpa website.. many states in Germany, if not all, want that you as a foreign doctor, first learn upto c1 GER and then apply. Moreover, the FSP exam throughout Germany is taken at a c1 level anyway so it’s helpful to complete that level. hey tejas, great question. I would suggest you to start NOW to get a feel for the medical german words and terms, to know how challenging they will be. You don't need prior german knowledge to start. And don't worry. You can use the course for as long as you want. Just don't share your login info :) encourage them to join with you as they can then participate in the community with you! Should we learn upto B2 in our home country . Then after visa procedure do we need to pass C1 or we will pass FSP?
You can apply for the visa with a b2 certificate.. to pass the fsp exam however you need c1 knowledge as the exam is taken at that level..

Nope. Not much. I mean if you want to aim for a particular specialty say hepatology of nephrology, then it helps, but is no requirement.
