Just my opinion- all cultures have in one way or another have colonized/invaded/enslaved people. That’s history. All is fair in love and war.
No, it's not.
It would be nice is stolen things were given back though. Its not all in love an peace. The british caused a huge famine in my motherland. They stole food for themselves when they didnt even need it and forced opium to be grown instead of food. This is not love and peace. This is evil.
Africa and America colonised, invaded and enslaved Europe😂???
The Dean of Westminster has said that they're now using the actual Regalia for the rehearsals.
The Dean of Winchester wants a bacon cheeseburger
Perhaps the royal family should rise above the gossip and just get on with the coronation, which has been a tradition for 1000 years.
England, Spain, Scandinavian countries, history is filled with colonization and not just the history of the royal family.
Iceland & Norway didn't colonize countries.
The comment about the Cullinan Diamond is not correct.
Philippines under the Spanish empire for 300 years .
We never ask payment. We just want our freedom.
Keep all the treasure but we must keep our number one treasure and that is Freedom.
Ignorant news reporters. The Cullinan diamond was discovered in South Africa, legally purchased from the Premier mine (the legal owners) by the Transvaal government, and legally gifted to Edward VII as an act of reconciliation after the horrors of the Boer War.
So just tell a lie and expect everyone to believe it huh?🤦🏾♂️
There's like seven countries that all think they should get the Koh-i-Noor. The British Government should tell them that once they all agree who gets it, they'll be happy to hand it over. I can guarantee it'll stay right where it is for the next 5,000 years.
are u ready for Historical King Coronation TV guys!
The various Indian maharajas didn’t want the kohinoor diamond. It was said to be cursed. They gave it to the British who didn’t believe in ancient superstitions and curses, and brought it back to be put on display at the great exhibition London.. It later became part of Crown Jewels exhibited in the Tower of London, for many centuries the safest place in the world.
Dear Samson you need to read the real history. Kohinoor belongs to Maharaja Ranjit Singh of Lahore Darbar..Diamond wasn't given to British that was looted by biggest thief of the world "British " in 1849.
The british forced Maharaja to sign a treaty handing over the diamond and stripping him of his royal title...
Stop saying that "we are in a different time and people are talking about it".... people in east Asia have been talking about it for ages. Its "DIFFERENT TIMES" only for the people in "WESTERN MEDIA" who are held accountable AND FORCED to hold debates and conversations about the demons of wealth drain during colonial era. We have been hearing this since we were in middle school... decades ago

I 100% agree on that. But who’s the rightful owner? India? Iran (Persia)? Afghanistan? Pakistan?
