I have only minor issue with the locking pin of the slide you pull when reloading, it is a bit loose and sometimes even jumps out of the gun. It is partially fault of the handling, but still a nuisance.

you need a really long screw driver, and just screw one screw through the stock, that is all. it is a bit bothersome

Yeah, I see the problem in the video. Good news its mechanical. The Operating Handle is falling out because you are missing the Operating Handle Spring to retain it. part # 27 on the SPAS Diagram. Better replace it otherwise it could shear off on you in the future and the charging handles are hens teeth these days. Carlsons in Kansas has those springs in stock otherwise I know of no other sources. Best of Luck.

Old comment and this guy probably knows by now, but if there's anyone else who's curious:
Push the quick safety back. That thing acts as the slide lock on a pump shotgun, keeping the action locked forward so you don't accidentally pull the round out of battery. That also means if you need to pull the bolt assembly back during maintenance, the quick safety must be pushed back to allow the bolt to move all the way to the rear.
