I find doing a roll out with tires inflated properly and then adjusting the actual wheel size as indicated at the end of your video as the easiest method to obtain one correct wheel circumference.
hi, i have just installed a speedo on an electric scooter. the total size of wheel and tyre combined is 228.6 obviously the speedo wont work on its installed values. can you help me with this please. Thanks

Yeh- should be 2091. Try that, go for a 1 km ride and see if it comes out okay.
