This style of block haus is stunning visually , but a nightmare to heat . I have a laminated block house with a flat profile and insulated on the outside. The entire house is air tight . I can heat three thousand sq. ft with two small hot water radiators or my speckstein offen that uses only three and a half stairs of brennholz per year.
Such type of houses is mostly for neighbors. It looks great from outside, but has many disadvantages for inhabitants. The most remarkable of them are: dust collector and street heater. Then bad sound insulation goes. The house will be great on a lake shore or at mountain valley, when owners visit it few times per year.
I guess im asking the wrong place but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost the account password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me!

Dieses Haus wird eine lange Zeit bestehen. Locker über 150 Jahre, wenn sauber geplant und ausgeführt wurde. In dieser Zeit sind die Bäume also schon lange nachgewachsen. Dazu bleibt das co2 im Holz während der ganzen Zeit gespeichert. Zum Nutzen (nebst der positiver co2 Bilanz und der Verwendung von Nachhaltigen Baustoffen) würde ich Raumklima (in den vielen Häuser aus Beton und Stein ein Problem), Wohlbefinden und Optik nennen. Da gäbe es noch andere dazu. Also kann man sagen, ich bin mit deiner Aussage nicht einverstanden.

Doch, schon etwas beeindruckender, als ein schlichtes Reihenmittelhaus...🤣🤣🤣
Echt geil das Haus. Sowas würde mich auch noch reizen sowas zu arbeiten in Deutschland

All the little mountain trees would have been lost
The removal of those trees encourages new growth. Properly done, only changes the scenery for a short time.
