Door County FISH BOIL at the Old Post Office Restaurant: Ephraim, WI

The Old Post Office Restaurant in Ephraim, Wisconsin offers great traditional Door County fish boils.
We watch as the boil master, Jeremy "Torch" Klaubauf conducts the boil. He discusses how the tradition evolved throughout the years. You will see the giant fireball that the boil over produces. We show the meal, and give a brief history of the Old Post Office Restaurant and Ephraim's first post offices.
