Served in the Army and have had this happen to me during my time in service. Was in the shower and suddenly an extremely piercing pain was like ringing in my skull. It happened so fast and out of the blue I nearly fell from the shower. Instead, I was crouched with my hands to my head not even able to scream or process what was happening to me. My wife was scared out of her wits. It lasted for about a minute, and I immediately went to the emergency room. They performed all their tests and scans, and nothing came back, seemed everything was normal. It has only happened to me once but was a very confusing moment that I'll never be able to forget... Glad to see I'm not the only one.

I first heard of this years ago and my immediate thought was directed microwave energy. I’m just a teacher and I had this happen to me. Felt off all of a sudden, then got better. Went to work, and suddenly couldn’t figure out where the ground was, and fell over. I was wheeled out and was driven home, and then proceeded to started to vomit. Could not walk, and was hospitalized for 2-3 days. I then went home from the hospital to try and recover. I can’t ride a bike anymore, and have ridiculous memory loss. I can’t look over my shoulder when walking without stumbling. I told a friend that worked for the DOD and he said then same happened to him a year or so before. I personally believe it was a virus, (the hospital was clueless) but I just don’t know.

I just can’t get over this. My 31 year old daughter has been absolutely debilitated with these same symptoms for the past three years. I’m very well read and this is the first time I have heard of this. I can’t imagine how many people are suffering from these same symptoms and having them dismissed by the medical community. This has literally taken my daughters ability to function on a daily basis and we are now hiring a care giver to help in the house daily.

This may come as a surprise to you, but it is not only govt people who've been targeted. I have experienced similar episodes four times. The dizzy symptoms come on rapidly and almost cause me to fall. Luckily, the three times I was close to something I could grab onto. Before it hits, everything is normal, then it feels like something from outside of my body strikes and I lose all balance, and struggle to remain upright. Then after a minute or so, I feel fine, but shaken from how abrupt the experience was. The fourth experience was late morning, still in bed. I started feeling a sensation of heat all over the front of my body, as I was lying on my back. I continued to lie there, wondering what I was experiencing. The outside sensation of heat continued to get more intense. It reached a point where I knew I had to get out of bed and go into another room in my house. So I did, and as soon as I was out of bed, the heat stopped. But I went into the dining room just to make sure I was away from whatever it was that was causing the heat. While I was still in bed, I remember the sensation was like being outside on a bright, sunny day without any clothes on, and baking under the intense sun. After removing myself from whatever invisible thing that was causing the heat, I realized it must have been some kind of directed energy technology. One of the dizzy spells happened outside, as I was walking to my car. It almost knocked me to the ground. Like the strength in my legs had given way. I grabbed the fender of my car that kept me from falling. I have also woke up during the night many times, to a vibration that is a little slower than 60Hz. Those episodes can last for up to an hour or more. If I press my ear onto the top of a bed post, I can actually hear the vibration that sounds like a rumbling or deep grinding under ground. Just thought I would let you know. I don't usually speak of these episodes for fear of being labeled.

Between 2013 and 2015 I had noticed that construction was going on, on every single block, but only one block at a time but not in order. They would do one block and then after it was finished they would do another block a half a mile away but it would eventually make its way back to the next block and the next block and the next block but never two blocks in a row at the same time. I have no idea what they were digging up underneath the sidewalks and these were sidewalks that did not need to be replaced. There was no reason for them doing this. I had mentioned it to family members who just shrug it off and so I didn't press the conversation but always feel so uncomfortable because it just doesn't seem right for them to do that. I moved almost 100 miles away away in 2015 and did not go back very often so I don't know how much more they continued . But when I did travel back there I noticed that all up and down the highways they were doing the same things . They were installing something Underground the whole length of the highways right in the grass about 20 ft from the road all up and down the length of the highways. They weren't putting in new sewer systems or Internet.

Your outside experience sounds exactly like mine 30 years ago. I've struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome ever since. A few months ago, I kept awakening to a similar vibration you describe, that was an on/off pulse of about 1 second. It sounded like it was about a half mile away and didn't seem to affect me physically, but it was very annoying and had me on edge. At the time I was afraid it was a new 5G tower getting activated and it would never go away, but it did after three or four nights. I'd say each episode lasted about 30-60 minutes, and always about 3 a.m.
It would be interesting to secretly install a Faraday cage in a place with repeat occurrences to see if there is noticeable difference of charted frequency inside vs outside the cage when they feel symptoms.
As I read the comments of others, I am sure that they felt as alone as I did. When this started happening to me over 30 years ago in Florida, I went to the local police department in Fort Walton Beach, and to the FBI at Eglin AFB. When I explained to them what was happening to me, they looked at me with confusion, and didn't know how to help me. This left me feeling alone to deal with this on my own. When I started hearing these stories, and most recently the stories about 'Havana Syndrome', "I thought, that sounds like what I've been experiencing." In addition, when I read the many comments here, I was shocked. What this tells me is that if there are thousands of these posts from people with these experiences, then there must be millions. This also begs the questions, why is this happening to us. and who is doing it? I enjoyed being in the Air Force and serving .my country. It introduced me to the world outside of America, and exposed me to some positive life-changing experiences. However, I wonder if being a military member put me and others in some sort of 'experimental pool' for these attacks. From this 60 Minutes story. the CIA Director eluded to our own government as being behind these attacks. If our government can RIGHTLY feel empathy, and help people who are being attacked and harmed in their homelands, then why is America's own citizens' being treated with less reverence? What difference does it make who is in an elected office, when no one will help you. I am sure that I speak for most of the people here, WE JUST WANT IT TO STOP!
I began hearing ringing, whenever I laid in bed. I was a very healthy, and strong, 38 year old. I got deathly sick, shortly after that. I did not connect it with the ringing. But by 2010, I truly thought I would die, and no one would know why. I am a no body. I doubt I was targeted. But I ended up losing my house. Because I could not work. My doctor tried to say I had depression. Which, I was depressed. But the symptoms caused the depression. Not, the depression caused the symptoms! Once I lost my house, I slowly began to get better. I am a shell of the person I once was. I went through early menopause. Gritted and grounded my teeth, till they were so damaged, that I had to have them all pulled. I still have upper and lower dumping syndrome. And ibs. Chronic sinus infections. But I am a lot better than I was! At least I am no longer going down hill. It’s like the deterioration has stopped. Since I always knew this was not organic, and always knew that the attacks originated from an external source, it strengthened my resolve. I worked as an accounting contractor in DC in 2003 and had similar symptoms for about a month. I was dizzy and nauseous. Dr’s couldn’t find anything wrong with me. I fortunately recovered. This had never happened to me before or after that month.
We are all just expendable lab rats to the worlds wealthiest mad scientists. Everything technology has to offer is just a big experiment, and its much easier to study the effects of such things on a massive scale with all the video surveillance placed everywhere in our societies. Here's a novel idea.... if even one person can be harmed by something then society does not allow it at all. Eliminate production of things that are toxic to living beings. But that would require drastic changes in *everyone's* life, so I doubt it would ever come to fruition. If we want health and peace for the world, we must stop producing toxic things that hurt us. No one believed me after returning to the states to get neurological and respiratory care. My Lt doc gave me the referral from base. Afraid to speak out need a defense atty. I had sharp shooting pain, lost of balance, loss of memory, sharp ringing in ears, verigo, sharp pain head to toes, nausea lost 50lbs several times. Oh yeah, I was a civilian. Had no idea this was going on in Havana until a friend called me in 2017; however, I never visited Havana, never, but was in Cuba. Will not say where I was. This has been dangerous for me. What kind of med insurance do you have? If you get an MRI I think they can detect brain injury. They already have in others who were affected by this! In a brain scan you can determine if something has been harmed. There were senior officials in Russia as well and you can find their cases online. Please do, and keep in mind that you need to be your own best advocate. Essentially the brain is affected yet you cannot see any burns on the outside of the skull, and they think they have figured out how it's done. Now the question is how to treat a serious brain injury.

There is a secret court in the US, called the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), in which the plaintiff, usually the FBI, and a defendant, who is not in court (in fact, they don’t even know they’re a defendant) “appear” before the judge, who approve the plaintiff’s request for surveillance. For several years, I was a volunteer with a North Korean human rights project. I discovered that I came under surveillance, even though I hadn’t done anything criminal. Two years ago, it was discovered that I was being targeted with surveillance nanotechnology, which along with the microwave directed energies it relies on for power, has given me brain injuries, according to a Havana Syndrome specialist. His office confirmed that the 24/7 directed energies are associated with nanotechnology. Every day, the nanotechnology and directed energy attacks violently shock me awake and with incredible heat (apparently, to catalyze the nanotechnology), mimic the sound of rain (sometimes even bullets) on the metal shielding I use for protection, and despite the shielding, continuously give me debilitating migraines, vertigo, “rashes,” welts, and cause me to bleed from the inside ceaselessly. I was told I need an iron transfusion right away. While all of this is happening in my body, loud clicks that respond to the things I say and do and vibrations that match the rhythm of a car blinker emit from all over, even my private parts, thousands of times a day. The nanotechnology also appears to have the capability to interfere with my field of vision and force involuntary movements. I have had to go to the ER twice in the last couple of months, where both times, without even being seen by the ER physician, I was diagnosed by them with a mental health issue, despite having aced their mental health exam and my urine sample showing signs of injury (i.e., high red and white blood cell count). I could tell some stories, but always knew it was too far out to be taken seriously by anyone, no matter how close to me. Several years ago, when I was in my early 20’s, I was shopping in Brookestones with two much older male friends. They were playing with an ultrasonic dog repeller, holding up to their ears, claiming it wouldn’t work. One of them put it next to my ear and it was like a knife went into my head. Knocked me almost off my feet and gave me an immediate headache. I didn’t hear a thing, it was more like a physical blow. Are ultrasonic devices used for surveillance or security?
Yes, there are beam forming devices to hail sound, a.k.a. acoustic hailing devices, using more than one method from what I recall from reading patents and the details about their operation. Basically you can have two ultrasonic beams focused at a target where they converge (meet) the difference and/or combination frequency(s) is either in the audible range or a higher frequency that can be sensed by the human body sensory system, i.e. heard and/or felt. The other two are pulse modulated methods where I'll just leave at that... where I guess one of the methods is more of a carrier (doesn't have to be pulsed) method that uses a modulated more audio range higher frequency to create the "silent sound" a.k.a. voice to skull. I think there are more methods too, though just look up Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD), HyperSpike, HyperSonicSound (HSS), etc. You can Google Search "MIT beamforming sound" and other related searches like you're wondering about. There are similar RF & Microwave beamforming devices that aren't really known for beamforming sounds, though are capable of without a doubt via more than only the microwave hearing effect typically disclosed from what I've read in patents and online in theory. Those area denial devices that can cause other sensory effects like burning skin and theoretically more and are called Active Denial Systems (ADS), Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio (MEDUSA) and other devices like can be found reading online references in patents like Electromagnetic Personnel Interdiction Control (EPIC) and say a Wikipedia search of "Directed-energy weapons" for more info since there are a lot of devices from ultrasonic to technically x & gamma rays can create acoustic and maiming effects including other lethal effects. I have had all of these symptoms after I had a ufo encounter. I reported this sighting. I still suffer everyday and cannot cope with it. I'm 52 and have to live in an assisted living because of my balance problems, migraines and severe body pain and weakness. I turned to God and he gives me they strength to keep going.

I was annoyed with the director of the CIA when he said that there was no proof of foreign governments doing this, but then, at the end, it was evident that what he was saying was that they must tread carefully, but the investigation IS being done. I don’t think he can say more.

This happened to me when I was in front of a gas station walking with my friend a long time ago. He said "do you feel like youre going to pass out?" before i even told him how i felt. Very weird. Another time it happened at the mall as soon as I walked through a hot topics security thing at the door. My mom and I at the time both immediately had headaches and felt off.

RNM isn't real. I've been a TI for many years and have tested this often. "DAMN! You guys seeing what I'm seeing?". They always ask what I'm looking at, if they could see through my eyes they wouldn't need to ask. Misinformation is HUGE on gangstalking TI groups and sites because, the crazier they get you sounding the easier it is to diagnose the person as delusional. Both psychiatrists I saw (not diagnosed) posed the same scenario you see in many of these groups. They asked if someone had broken in and moved something, without taking anything, like a pop in the fridge. You see many misinformers posting about how that happens to them all the time, trying to normalize it so a target tells a medical professional and gets diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic.
In November 2020, I started hearing a high ring and static in my ears. I went to two doctors who told me I had ear infections and attempted to treat me unsuccessfully. For the past two years the static has stayed consistent and over the past year it has been accompanied with headaches daily. Some days the high pitched static sound and the severe headache is so loud and invasive it debilitates me causing nausea, vomiting, difficulty focusing and being able to think clearly. I live in Michigan and have talked to my doctor about this problem more lately wondering what is causing these symptoms that are unrelenting. Until November of 2020 I rarely had headaches, never had ringing in my ears or had difficulty with ficus or my thought process. I believe this new finding is very real and more profound than what we Americans realize!!!
Can also be related to consistent use of anti-inflammatory medications such as motrin. After a ling time of using them it can happen suddenly and come on very hard.

American civilians have access to these weapons and they’re “low key” using them on people. Something as petty as a disagreement of some sort (political, work hazing, or just plainly cause they don’t like you) it’s an attack to cause you stress to the point you feel like you’re losing your mind, which is the whole point of it. I was in the military, but it's been over ten years. I've legitimately had this happen to me sometime in the last year for the span of about a month or so. It was very weird. Straight vertigo and extreme stuttering and disorientation. I've never had anything like this happen before. I haven't had anything happen since though. I legit thought I had a brain tumor and was about to go to the doctor if it happened again. I'm trying to think of if I was delivering in and out of the Huntsville area in Alabama, where there is an active base. I haven't been back to that area in awhile. Weird to hear other ppl talk about random vertigo coming out of nowhere.
I used to doubt all of this but not anymore. A few years ago we needed our foundation worked on as one corner of it needed to be raised. The workmen started digging very deep to add pylons underneath that corner. As the drilling progressed of course it was noisy and I could feel the vibrations from inside the house. But when they got to a certain depth and drill speed I suddenly felt very ill. I got a violent headache and immediately felt nauseated. I also felt a strong sense of uneasiness, like dread. I was incapacitated and could do nothing about it. I couldn't leave the workmen alone. It was a horrible experience. The noise and vibration would normally just be a mild inconvenience but that day some level of frequency or something happened that made me very ill. I'm not a sensitive person and I've managed well through many other loud noises, construction sounds, etc. I've no idea what happened that day but I'm sure if an enemy wanted to use sound frequency as a weapon they could.
Maybe sound frequency manipulation explains what happened at that concert where people couldn't breathe, and panicked. I have heard they can use negative emotions to create chaos, so a normal protest can turn violent.
I'm no expert, but that sounds like the symptoms of exposure to infrasound. Apparently sound around 20 Hz, below the range of human hearing, can induce symptoms like those if it's significantly powerful
I experienced the exact same initial “hit” these individuals described in 1978 when I was 19. I was at an indoor mall in Carson City, Nevada, walking along the store fronts with my mother. This was not a “quiet” mall to me as there was a very high pitched tone I could hear everywhere we went throughout the interior the moment we entered. My “hit” occurred as we passed along the storefront of a major retailer. It was sudden, extremely impactful and I ended up on the floor. I almost threw up. My mother shouted “what’s the matter with you?” as though I couldn’t walk “among all these people without tripping over my own two feet”, to which I responded “Didn’t you feel that?” Well, of course she didn’t, so to convince her I turned back to the same spot and got “hit” again. Disturbed I was sensing this but no other person I observed walking the same spot was phased at all, including my mother. Within the spot, or “envelope”, the magnitude was deafening and made my middle ear feel like I was being thrown. I learned later the high pitched noise I mentioned earlier being able to hear throughout the mall emanated from ultrasonic emitters stationed throughout the mall interior for security. Why they were “on” I don’t know, especially if they were for the purpose of detecting intruder motion when the place was closed. Looking back, I’m sure I happened upon an envelope of “constructive interference”, where the ultrasonic waveforms of two (or more) emitters interacted to produce a resultant sonic waveform of a greater magnitude only I, and no one else at the time, was sensitive to. Fortunately my two momentary encounters did not result in any permanent damage except for the disbelief I received in trying to convince my mother (and other onlookers) of “there’s something right there”.

OMG! Sorry about the experience! This reply is ultra-interesting (no pun intended). Ultrasound would be something that makes the dogs bark. The idea that there are two sources of ultrasound, each with a slightly different frequency, could make a harmonic at a specific location.

This happened to a civilian I know in his own home around 2017, in Ohio suburbs. Mid 20’s male, otherwise healthy. It nearly killed him and has taken years to recover (mostly) from. I wonder if this isn’t happening to people in general at a similar rate to that of federal employees. Seems if someone was nefariously targeting these 1000+ people who reported this, some physical evidence would have been collected. I believe the symptoms are very real.
I"m not important enough to be a target so I know my case of literally "sudden vertigo" (and an extreme case at that) has nothing to do with secret weapons. But I attribute it to my job at the time, where I worked in a room where every wall had computers. I was constantly staring up at the screens, spinning around going from one computer to the next, hours a day. On top of that, as a sign of stress I suppose, I started slamming my head against my mattress while sleeping (I have no idea why). Sure enough, fine one day, the next I nearly walked headfirst into the wall and collapsed. It took months of recovery and years later I'm much better but still doing therapy once in a great while. I no longer work there and I've felt better. I still get dizzy looking at computer screens though, sometimes.

This happened to me as well, during the Bush administration. I was an activist and journalist at the time. I am not a government official, but were related to several at the time. (All are now deceased, and we never dicussed anything political in any depth.) I was alone in my house, the doors were locked, (because I lived in Jacksonville FL). I had been working on a story, and was taking a break and walked into my kitchen from my office. I heard a high pitched 'frequency', almost exactly like in the report, only immediately following the high pitched one, there was a low pitched one. Suddenly I felt like I had been hit on the right side of my head with a stun gun. ... With all the same effects, except the audible 'cracking sound' of a stun gun. After a while I could finally get up off the floor, and it happened again, knocking me back down to my kitchen floor. Once I could get back up, I checked all the locks on the doors and windows. They were still locked and secured from the inside. Needless to say, the political story I was working on never got published; and I just went back into music industry journalism instead. In October 2017 I experienced what sounded almost like a diesel engine idling making a vibration sound on my windows. I also heard the chirping but it was more like a mechanical squeak like you might hear from a car engine belt needing to be replaced, or even a malfunctioning appliance. (I have larger than normal windows on my home.) When I opened the doors I couldn't hear anything outside but when I closed them I could hear the windows resonating. They were all almost like mechanical sounds. However, the idling diesel sound went away and for a while and I heard something like a "buzzing" from bees in a "long wave" pulsating increase and then decrease. This occurred over several weeks time and I began to feel emotionally drained and sometimes experienced similar things to vertigo and upset stomachs. The worse day was October 13, and I had to lay down on my love seat because the buzzing sound was more like a horn blaring. I may have fallen asleep because I would almost swear I heard someone talking. This had never happened before and hasn't happened since. (No drugs or alcohol were involved.)

I have had this happen to me at least 5 times in the past 6 years. The ringing in the ears brought me to my knees, nauseous and dizzy I ask those around me do they hear it and they say no. Served in the Army and have had this happen to me during my time in service. Was in the shower and suddenly an extremely piercing pain was like ringing in my skull. It happened so fast and out of the blue I nearly fell from the shower. Instead, I was crouched with my hands to my head not even able to scream or process what was happening to me. My wife was scared out of her wits. It lasted for about a minute, and I immediately went to the emergency room. They performed all their tests and scans, and nothing came back, seemed everything was normal. It has only happened to me once but was a very confusing moment that I'll never be able to forget...

I still do not know why or who, I never reported it because I thought no one would believe it. However, I know one time a individual near me said to me when I had fallen down: She cannot get back up. Today I feel fine. I have someone who is assisting me. I trust this person to do the right, legal thing.

I’m just a teacher and I had this happen to me. Felt off all of a sudden, then got better. Went to work, and suddenly couldn’t figure out where the ground was, and fell over. I was wheeled out and was driven home, and then proceeded to started to vomit. Could not walk, and was hospitalized for 2-3 days. I then went home from the hospital to try and recover. I can’t ride a bike anymore, and have ridiculous memory loss. I can’t look over my shoulder when walking without stumbling. I told a friend that worked for the DOD and he said then same happened to him a year or so before. I personally believe it was a virus, (the hospital was clueless) but I just don’t know.

I just can’t get over this. My 31 year old daughter has been absolutely debilitated with these same symptoms for the past three years. This may come as a surprise to you, but it is not only govt people who've been targeted. I have experienced similar episodes four times. The dizzy symptoms come on rapidly and almost cause me to fall. Luckily, the three times I was close to something I could grab onto. Before it hits, everything is normal, then it feels like something from outside of my body strikes and I lose all balance, and struggle to remain upright. Then after a minute or so, I feel fine, but shaken from how abrupt the experience was. The fourth experience was late morning, still in bed. I started feeling a sensation of heat all over the front of my body, as I was lying on my back. I continued to lie there, wondering what I was experiencing. The outside sensation of heat continued to get more intense. It reached a point where I knew I had to get out of bed and go into another room in my house. So I did, and as soon as I was out of bed, the heat stopped. But I went into the dining room just to make sure I was away from whatever it was that was causing the heat. While I was still in bed, I remember the sensation was like being outside on a bright, sunny day without any clothes on, and baking under the intense sun. After removing myself from whatever invisible thing that was causing the heat, I realized it must have been some kind of directed energy technology. One of the dizzy spells happened outside, as I was walking to my car. It almost knocked me to the ground. Like the strength in my legs had given way. I grabbed the fender of my car that kept me from falling. I have also woke up during the night many times, to a vibration that is a little slower than 60Hz. Those episodes can last for up to an hour or more. If I press my ear onto the top of a bed post, I can actually hear the vibration that sounds like a rumbling or deep grinding under ground. Just thought I would let you know. I don't usually speak of these episodes for fear of being labeled.

Between 2013 and 2015 I had noticed that construction was going on, on every single block, but only one block at a time but not in order. They would do one block and then after it was finished they would do another block a half a mile away but it would eventually make its way back to the next block and the next block and the next block but never two blocks in a row at the same time. I have no idea what they were digging up underneath the sidewalks and these were sidewalks that did not need to be replaced. There was no reason for them doing this. I had mentioned it to family members who just shrug it off and so I didn't press the conversation but always feel so uncomfortable because it just doesn't seem right for them to do that. I moved almost 100 miles away away in 2015 and did not go back very often so I don't know how much more they continued . But when I did travel back there I noticed that all up and down the highways they were doing the same things . They were installing something Underground the whole length of the highways right in the grass about 20 ft from the road all up and down the length of the highways. They weren't putting in new sewer systems or Internet.

Your outside experience sounds exactly like mine 30 years ago. I've struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome ever since. A few months ago, I kept awakening to a similar vibration you describe, that was an on/off pulse of about 1 second. It sounded like it was about a half mile away and didn't seem to affect me physically, but it was very annoying and had me on edge. At the time I was afraid it was a new 5G tower getting activated and it would never go away, but it did after three or four nights. I'd say each episode lasted about 30-60 minutes, and always about 3 a.m.

As I read the comments of others, I am sure that they felt as alone as I did. When this started happening to me over 30 years ago in Florida, I went to the local police department in Fort Walton Beach, and to the FBI at Eglin AFB. When I explained to them what was happening to me, they looked at me with confusion, and didn't know how to help me. This left me feeling alone to deal with this on my own.
When I started hearing these stories, and most recently the stories about 'Havana Syndrome', "I thought, that sounds like what I've been experiencing." In addition, when I read the many comments here, I was shocked. What this tells me is that if there are thousands of these posts from people with these experiences, then there must be millions. This also begs the questions, why is this happening to us. and who is doing it?

I began hearing ringing, whenever I laid in bed. I was a very healthy, and strong, 38 year old. I got deathly sick, shortly after that. I did not connect it with the ringing. But by 2010, I truly thought I would die, and no one would know why. I am a no body. I doubt I was targeted. But I ended up losing my house. Because I could not work. My doctor tried to say I had depression. Which, I was depressed. But the symptoms caused the depression. Not, the depression caused the symptoms! Once I lost my house, I slowly began to get better. I am a shell of the person I once was. I went through early menopause. Gritted and grounded my teeth, till they were so damaged, that I had to have them all pulled. I still have upper and lower dumping syndrome. And ibs. Chronic sinus infections. But I am a lot better than I was! At least I am no longer going down hill. It’s like the deterioration has stopped. But the damage is done.

Since I always knew this was not organic, and always knew that the attacks originated from an external source, it strengthened my resolve. I worked as an accounting contractor in DC in 2003 and had similar symptoms for about a month. I was dizzy and nauseous. Dr’s couldn’t find anything wrong with me. I fortunately recovered. This had never happened to me before or after that month.

I have had the same experience with my Meniere's Disease. Here in Denmark they just launched the 5g towers, I didn't know this until my symptoms got remarkedly worse, and I decided to look if they had launched them and sure enough, when they did is when I started getting worse.

No one believed me after returning to the states to get neurological and respiratory care. My

What kind of med insurance do you have? If you get an MRI I think they can detect brain injury. They already have in others who were affected by this! In a brain scan you can determine if something has been harmed. There were senior officials in Russia as well and you can find their cases online. Please do, and keep in mind that you need to be your own best advocate. Essentially the brain is affected yet you cannot see any burns on the outside of the skull, and they think they have figured out how it's done. Several years ago, when I was in my early 20’s, I was shopping in Brookestones with two much older male friends. They were playing with an ultrasonic dog repeller, holding up to their ears, claiming it wouldn’t work. One of them put it next to my ear and it was like a knife went into my head. Knocked me almost off my feet and gave me an immediate headache. I didn’t hear a thing, it was more like a physical blow. Are ultrasonic devices used for surveillance or security?

Yes, there are beam forming devices to hail sound, a.k.a. acoustic hailing devices, using more than one method from what I recall from reading patents and the details about their operation. Basically you can have two ultrasonic beams focused at a target where they converge (meet) the difference and/or combination frequency(s) is either in the audible range or a higher frequency that can be sensed by the human body sensory system, i.e. heard and/or felt. The other two are pulse modulated methods where I'll just leave at that... where I guess one of the methods is more of a carrier (doesn't have to be pulsed) method that uses a modulated more audio range higher frequency to create the "silent sound" a.k.a. voice to skull. In November 2020, I started hearing a high ring and static in my ears. I went to two doctors who told me I had ear infections and attempted to treat me unsuccessfully. For the past two years the static has stayed consistent and over the past year it has been accompanied with headaches daily. Some days the high pitched static sound and the severe headache is so loud and invasive it debilitates me causing nausea, vomiting, difficulty focusing and being able to think clearly. I live in Michigan and have talked to my doctor about this problem more lately wondering what is causing these symptoms that are unrelenting. Until November of 2020 I rarely had headaches, never had ringing in my ears or had difficulty with ficus or my thought process. I believe this new finding is very real and more profound than what we Americans realize!!!

The group of researchers (under the name Dr H Loos) invented such devices which could be developed and used for mass mind control psychological-operations behavior modification later by the CIA or whomever.

This work (link above) is an abstract for a device involving Adaptive Resonance Theory that was later patented and produced. Said operation is performed through a device called a "Dominant Label Selector" which projects an architecture of Reflexive Associative Memories (manipulating autoassociative and linear heteroassoclative memories) with adaptive fault tolerance -- the end-result effect of said device could be referred to as: conditionalizing a neural architecture (also known literally in the field as "narrow minding") of reflexive associative memories through selected dominant electro-magnetic adaptive resonances. American civilians have access to these weapons and they’re “low key” using them on people. Something as petty as a disagreement of some sort (political, work hazing, or just plainly cause they don’t like you) it’s an attack to cause you stress to the point you feel like you’re losing your mind, which is the whole point of it. I was in the military, but it's been over ten years. I've legitimately had this happen to me sometime in the last year for the span of about a month or so. It was very weird. Straight vertigo and extreme stuttering and disorientation. I've never had anything like this happen before. I haven't had anything happen since though. I legit thought I had a brain tumor and was about to go to the doctor if it happened again. I'm trying to think of if I was delivering in and out of the Huntsville area in Alabama, where there is an active base. I haven't been back to that area in awhile. Weird to hear other ppl talk about random vertigo coming out of nowhere.

I used to doubt all of this but not anymore. A few years ago we needed our foundation worked on as one corner of it needed to be raised. The workmen started digging very deep to add pylons underneath that corner. As the drilling progressed of course it was noisy and I could feel the vibrations from inside the house. But when they got to a certain depth and drill speed I suddenly felt very ill. I got a violent headache and immediately felt nauseated. I also felt a strong sense of uneasiness, like dread. I was incapacitated and could do nothing about it. I couldn't leave the workmen alone. It was a horrible experience. The noise and vibration would normally just be a mild inconvenience but that day some level of frequency or something happened that made me very ill. I'm not a sensitive person and I've managed well through many other loud noises, construction sounds, etc. I've no idea what happened that day but I'm sure if an enemy wanted to use sound frequency as a weapon they could.
Maybe sound frequency manipulation explains what happened at that concert where people couldn't breathe, and panicked. I have heard they can use negative emotions to create chaos, so a normal protest can turn violent.

I experienced the exact same initial “hit” these individuals described in 1978 when I was 19. I was at an indoor mall in Carson City, Nevada, walking along the store fronts with my mother. This was not a “quiet” mall to me as there was a very high pitched tone I could hear everywhere we went throughout the interior the moment we entered. My “hit” occurred as we passed along the storefront of a major retailer. It was sudden, extremely impactful and I ended up on the floor. I almost threw up. My mother shouted “what’s the matter with you?” as though I couldn’t walk “among all these people without tripping over my own two feet”, to which I responded “Didn’t you feel that?” Well, of course she didn’t, so to convince her I turned back to the same spot and got “hit” again. Disturbed I was sensing this but no other person I observed walking the same spot was phased at all, including my mother. Within the spot, or “envelope”, the magnitude was deafening and made my middle ear feel like I was being thrown. I learned later the high pitched noise I mentioned earlier being able to hear throughout the mall emanated from ultrasonic emitters stationed throughout the mall interior for security. Why they were “on” I don’t know, especially if they were for the purpose of detecting intruder motion when the place was closed. Looking back, I’m sure I happened upon an envelope of “constructive interference”, where the ultrasonic waveforms of two (or more) emitters interacted to produce a resultant sonic waveform of a greater magnitude only I, and no one else at the time, was sensitive to. Fortunately my two momentary encounters did not result in any permanent damage except for the disbelief I received in trying to convince my mother (and other onlookers) of “there’s something right there”.

This happened to a civilian I know in his own home around 2017, in Ohio suburbs. Mid 20’s male, otherwise healthy. It nearly killed him and has taken years to recover (mostly) from. I wonder if this isn’t happening to people in general at a similar rate to that of federal employees. Seems if someone was nefariously targeting these 1000+ people who reported this, some physical evidence would have been collected. I believe the symptoms are very real.

I"m not important enough to be a target so I know my case of literally "sudden vertigo" (and an extreme case at that) has nothing to do with secret weapons. But I attribute it to my job at the time, where I worked in a room where every wall had computers. I was constantly staring up at the screens, spinning around going from one computer to the next, hours a day. On top of that, as a sign of stress I suppose, I started slamming my head against my mattress while sleeping (I have no idea why). Sure enough, fine one day, the next I nearly walked headfirst into the wall and collapsed. It took months of recovery and years later I'm much better but still doing therapy once in a great while.
I no longer work there and I've felt better. I still get dizzy looking at computer screens though, sometimes.

This happened to me as well, during the Bush administration. I was an activist and journalist at the time. I am not a government official, but were related to several at the time. (All are now deceased, and we never dicussed anything political in any depth.)
I was alone in my house, the doors were locked, (because I lived in Jacksonville FL). I had been working on a story, and was taking a break and walked into my kitchen from my office. I heard a high pitched 'frequency', almost exactly like in the report, only immediately following the high pitched one, there was a low pitched one. Suddenly I felt like I had been hit on the right side of my head with a stun gun. ... With all the same effects, except the audible 'cracking sound' of a stun gun. After a while I could finally get up off the floor, and it happened again, knocking me back down to my kitchen floor. Once I could get back up, I checked all the locks on the doors and windows. They were still locked and secured from the inside.
Needless to say, the political story I was working on never got published; and I just went back into music industry journalism instead. I am originally from the DC area.

In October 2017 I experienced what sounded almost like a diesel engine idling making a vibration sound on my windows. I also heard the chirping but it was more like a mechanical squeak like you might hear from a car engine belt needing to be replaced, or even a malfunctioning appliance. (I have larger than normal windows on my home.) When I opened the doors I couldn't hear anything outside but when I closed them I could hear the windows resonating. They were all almost like mechanical sounds. However, the idling diesel sound went away and for a while and I heard something like a "buzzing" from bees in a "long wave" pulsating increase and then decrease. This occurred over several weeks time and I began to feel emotionally drained and sometimes experienced similar things to vertigo and upset stomachs. The worse day was October 13, and I had to lay down on my love seat because the buzzing sound was more like a horn blaring. I may have fallen asleep because I would almost swear I heard someone talking. This had never happened before and hasn't happened since. (No drugs or alcohol were involved.)

I have had this happen to me at least 5 times in the past 6 years. The ringing in the ears brought me to my knees, nauseous and dizzy I ask those around me do they hear it and they say no.
