    I think it's really cute that Dr Berry talks about "crisps" at 13:00. We don't call them that in the US, but I guess he knew that a British audience would, so he considerately made that switch for them. Very thoughtful!

    I had terrible sleep apnea..also my tongue used to feel too big for my mouth, I used to bite it all the time...carnivore since September 2022 lost 2st tongue actually fits and my sleep is so much better..I'm like a preacher for the proper human diet..I look good and feel great..I used to use the gym to feel good trying to train every day..now I go up to 3 days a week and feel so much better..everyone asks about how I'm training so hard without carbohydrates and that starts me into preaching..its so amazing that I want everyone to feel like this..also I no longer need blood pressure medication and no longer pre diabetic..thank you all for extending my life and getting me healthy ❤

Right then I was your fan. Thanks so much for your honest and integrity. You teach us in a way we can teach others.

    I have been doing Keto for 2 years and started carnivore on March 17th 2023. I am feeling absolutely amazing. Joint pains are gone, and I no longer need to go to the chiropractor. Indigestion is gone as well. I started doing press-ups, and in the first week, I did 35 per day, which was 5 more than I usually do. I have steadily increased the number every day and did 70 a few days ago! I can't believe it!
    What I added was boron, which was suggested by one of the many doctors I follow on UA-cam. That took it to another level. I am 67 years young and will never eat vegetables again. No carbs, absolutely no carbs. I have not put sugar in my coffee or tea for at least 40 years.
    Another effect of this diet is that the plaque on my teeth has completely gone. After about a week, I could feel it coming off, a very strange sensation. Additionally, I no longer have bleeding gums. I only take thyroxine for my underactive thyroid. I hope to get off of it over the next year on this diet.

    Recently, a pharmacist from my pharmacy at Cub Foods in MN called me on the telephone saying that I have diabetes and would I like to take some cholesterol medication. I was so angry! I said how do you know I have diabetes and NO I do not want to take cholesterol pills. What makes you think I have high cholesterol? It’s not my fault as a patient if the doctor is burnt out tired and needs a vacation I personally consider it malpractice. I know those words are strong, but I’m going to the doctor because he should know the best nutritional advice in the newest research

    • @Livetoeat171
      @Livetoeat171 Рік тому +1

      You should know that doctors are not educated in the nutritional sciences. They are only responsible to use what they know which is medicine to treat any ailment. They have no idea how to prevent any ailment unless they have researched it themselves in their own time. So it's really not the doctors fault.....if you know a lot about nutrition by researching it yourself, then be your own advocate, and do what you feel is best.
