Damn man I've just found your vids and I'm dealing with hernia too and how bad it is suffering for 3 years waiting for surgery. I'm so happy to see you doing better I know how much the struggle is you seem like a great guy keep fighting make that suffering worth it!!!
@@Kevin-tw4uw Hey, thanks for the comment. Yes it is a struggle. And you’re absolutely right about making the suffering worth it. I hope that surgery date comes soon for you brother hang in there 💪🏼
DAMN THIS WAS A POSITIVE MESSAGE! I hit good news for u , It gets better! Let ur abdominal heal for 3 months and you will get ur strength n weight back!
@@webbie32 Much better than before. I’d say 80-85%. I’ll still get throat clearing and post nasal drip sometimes but only after multiple trigger foods a day. I just made some additional adjustments to my diet intake and am planning to stick with it for about 3 months. Just still taking things day by day and trying to be disciplined enough to not eat too many trigger foods or too much food during this bulk that I got going on.
Hey bro I just had my surgery this past Tuesday I had no idea it was going to be this rough, drinking water and liquid is pretty tough .. I pray it gets better , how r u doin bro ? Have u ate a burger or anything yet
@@webbie32 Yea it’s pretty rough. What symptoms are you having now? And did you have the hiatal hernia repair and fundoplication? Or one or the other? I can eat pretty much whatever I want for the most part. I’m staying away from alcohol, vaping and too much coffee for now though. And I try to not eat too many trigger foods in any one day. But for the most part I’m able to eat whatever I want with only minor symptoms occasionally.
@@TheBounceBack1996 I’m 2 days after surgery swallowing water hurts , I burp a lot and its painful.. I called the doctor she said its normal because my esophagus is swollen but man i didn’t think it was this tough
So glad you are doing so well! Those who have not experienced severe GERD have no idea the toll it takes. Great inspirational words.
