Great idea. My understanding of magic eraser (melamine sponge) is that it's abrasive not a chemical cleaner though and actually what you are doing is eroding the surface. Not sure if it will damage the surface performance, but likely fine.
Considering that it is done a few times a year for heavy build up removal, I would not worry. It all depends on where you ride how much you use your brakes.

Sir in order to clean and sanitize cycle alloy rim and frame can we use diluted hand sanitizer based ethyle alcohol used for hand. Does it cause damage to alloy rim if the cycle. My cycle has matte finish what polish should I use to keep it up. But fork has glossy finish.

You are going to be using much harsher mix by going that way. For the frame I love to use car soap and it gets the job done, but I would use the dish soap on the wheels and drivetrain, but nice on a frame .

What about old trusty disc brake cleaner? It should remove all gunk without degrading your rim surface
Tbh I have not had a chance to give it a try, but if you have some degreaser in your home, that is okay if you delute it a few times wirh water.
Brake cleaner eats rubber. Guess what your tires are made of. Weaken side walls are something you can die from. I would not risk it.
