Offended from playing the ball from the wrong place? There was absolutely no benefit in playing on the line v 1cm from the spot where the ball is. Labelling him a cheater for this is super petty. For what its worth, the Chief Ref said that Cam handled it like a gentleman and accepted the two stroke penalty saying "the rules are the rules".

Patrick Reed has been caught DELIBERATELY cheating several times 1. in the bunker episode 2. picking up the ball that he claimed embedded when it actually bounced into that position instead of waiting for a referee and checking on the TV vision which clearly showed it had NOT embedded and Tiger has deliberately cheated a number of times e.g. Masters drop which should have DQ'ed him (but NO, it's Tiger!! and the TV ratings would drop) and at The Players when his ball went straight over the hazard and he asks Casey Wittenburg (now is he going to contradict Tiger's version??). So if Cameron Smith took an incorrect drop, he is not alone and therefore does EVERYBODY hate Tiger and Patrick as well? In fact Rory McIlroy took an incorrect drop at the latest US Open so does EVERYONE hate Rory as well (the man who needs duct tape over his mouth - who initially hated the Ryder Cup as "just an exhibition event" - his words). What a waste of time this whole overblown segment was. Sounds like sour grapes to me. This video is an amazing look into something that I never thought would be possible in terms of golf and Cameron Smith, while he is golfing in a golf tournament that was on television and featured many other golfers who also were golfing and making unbelievable scores, until something happened when one of the golfers hit his ball into the fairway and made an incredible score!
People who work for money and who would jump ship in a second for a higher paying job criticizing a player for working for money. This is his job, not a hobby.
I can understand why the fans say they hate your videos, but that's not all they said. because while talking about the whole thing you mentioned many people hate him, but while everybody was saying that is valid, but if everyone was to point out this reason it would be a choice you would have to live with. This in my opinion lacks loyalty, which makes sense why everyone hates this video, because it makes sense. Can Smith on his honeymoon booked a game at a public course I Nee Zealand. using his name. Hired clubs and a golf cart. Was friendly to all the staff and people he met. That’s shows me how great Cameron Smith is. He is an ordinary great guy. This video is so wrong in saying Cam is a bad person. He is one of the nicest gentleman anyone could me. Nothing bad was done in the video except to make a mistake and play the ball from the wrong place and to comment on Patrick Read. Patrick Read is a nice guy too. We all make mistakes sometimes.
