    People need to stop being petty and enjoy this lady’s craft. If you don’t like it you have the option no to watch her videos . I have seen bigger soap content creators who are influence by other people’s work or let say copy other people I don’t see anyone bashing them, oh is it because they having larger following? We need to stop this and support each. We all have one thing is common and it’s soaping Great work hun .❤️

    • @JenaMaeCarr

      It was made with soap dough. Soap that has saponified, but not yet hardened.

  • @amayapifer9919

    Soo, soaps adorable, but few questions... What were the 3 separate cups of soap you used? How long before you cut the soap and pipe the decorations? How long to cure before they can be packaged out given away?

    • @JenaMaeCarr
      @JenaMaeCarr  6 років тому +1

      Thank you! The three separate cups contained uncolored soap. The purple was colored with alkanet root, and purple clay, the orange with Brazilian yellow clay and paprika, and the pink was with pink clay. I cut my soap 12 to 18 hrs later. You can pipe soon after or even later on! Just spray on some 91% rubbing alcohol to make the soap surface sticky!

    • @CorenaGaroutte
      @CorenaGaroutte 7 років тому +4

      Konstantina Koutsoulianou it's just soap that's still "wet". You just take soap that's only been curing a couple of days. Most soaps will be playable ( moldable ). Pinch off a peace of soap and roll it out and shape it!

    • @kittykatgaming8296
      @kittykatgaming8296 6 років тому

      Ahhh! Now that I see it cured on the end card, I can handle that color! It was that beige-yellow-cream color that was just ugly! Glad to see it cured down to a creamy white. It’s a stunning soap!

    • @JenaMaeCarr
      @JenaMaeCarr  6 років тому

      Thank you! I do my best with the natural colorants :) Very white soap is usually colored with Titanium Dioxide, which isn't natural.

    • @truebliu
      @truebliu 5 років тому +2

      loam & lather that’s not true. Titanium dioxide is a naturally occurring oxide of titanium...hence the name. It occurs in nature as the minerals anatase, rutile and Brookite. Basically, it’s a NATURALLY OCCURRING MINERAL. You should do your research before you scare people away (including yourself) from using titanium dioxide.

      Just because someone did their own version of another person's design doesn't mean they copied. If that's the case then we are all pretty much copiers.. There's only so many color and fragrance combos. I think you did a great job and made it your own. :) Haters are going to hate.

      I’ve seen cupcakes that resemble these from over a year ago if you want to get picky. Every single one of use get ideas and inspiration from other artists. No one owns the copyright on unicorns, and I have every intention of making soaps just like these for my shop, with different hair colors and main soap colors, because I am inspired AND I can make, so I will. PS, loved watching this soap being made.
