So happy you did this. Our elderly family member lost thousands in the immigration scam. What was so scary is how fast and how scared and intimidating they made our family member feel. Our elderly work their whole lives to give their kids and grandkids a great life and now is their time to enjoy their retirement and these people come in and take what isn't theirs so thank you very much for doing this.
What really gets them the most is when you tell them that their parents (& community/society ) must be very shamed of them that they turned out to be a thieving scammer stealing from the most vulnerable people on earth. I Love it when the scammer gets NOTHING and even more so when they lose everything as well. In this case I love it when they get mad because the anger makes no sense. If anyone should get mad it is the one they are trying to scam. You would also think after repeatedly being messed with and earning NOTHING they would just give it up and find something else. I mean, if they wanna be lazy, fine... turn yourself over to your law enforcement and then you get 3 hots and a cot for months in end. That should give more than enough lazy time.

I can remember interviewing a guy for a job in the 90s. He had certificates and 'degrees'. Claimed his experience using a version of well known database software was all in India as he had no local referees. When I pointed out that the version of the software was not released at that time he just wobbled his head and said I was wrong. Then claimed they were given early release of the software, which was total BS. He became quite aggressive.

Cursing out scammers and baiting them is fun sure, but isn't really effective because at most they'll curse you back or belittle you and then be right back with another victim. This is where it hurts the most- right in their pockets. You take away a scammer's ability to steal, they'll rage like nothing else.

Kind of off the subject but the other night I got a call from my bank at 10:30 and I'm in the middle of the state of Washington and they asked me if I was using my debit card up in Canada. Somebody scan my card with one of those RFID readers. Well I got a cover for my credit card and my debit card. Now they won't do that again and I'm also getting a wallet that'll completely block it
