I Came across your channel a couple of months ago and love your workouts. I love the Tri sets where you show what is coming up. Tomorrow I will be working my legs tomorrow, and this one looks like fun. I'm 58, two grown kids, I worked out through both pregnancies. Been working out for 40 years! This is the second time that I have tried to workout barefoot. It was much harder when came the lunges on the step. I have to admit I felt it more. Bulgarian splits are definitely the hardest. I don’t know how you do them with such a heavy dumbbell. I was using my 30/35 weights I saw the preview and I was like let’s use our 10 pounds weights 😂😂😂😂. Anyway as usual great workout 👍🏾. You got it done! That’s what matters! Gotta give yourself credit! And you can always ease into barefoot workouts - it took me a few months to get used to them! It was an adjustment for sure, and I wasn’t doing every workout barefoot to begin with. Excited to hear how you like them as you keep going 💪🥰
Love especially the deficit reverse lunge👌 and the burnout gave me an extra kick, great👍💪 I had to break 3 weeks working out. Know I workout again since the last 2 weeks and get every day back my power💪, thank you👍
