I think a push, pull, legs program is great for muscle development and an easy program to maintain long term so it's a great option for consistency. The program I am teaching in this video series is more about developing body awareness, mobility, stability, and an overall movement foundation so there's a bit more focus on specific movement patterns vs muscle groups
