    You work such as push pull legs program?

      I think a push, pull, legs program is great for muscle development and an easy program to maintain long term so it's a great option for consistency. The program I am teaching in this video series is more about developing body awareness, mobility, stability, and an overall movement foundation so there's a bit more focus on specific movement patterns vs muscle groups

      ​@@jasparvowdenHello again from Greece i love full body but i love your mind about mobility stability after holy days as Christmas try again with stretching and in afternoon hope to start with calisthenics work it for a few days and again catch the waits

      I love that you have an open mind like that and are trying different approaches to your practice. Once I have finished uploading the rest of this program I will be releasing a whole bunch of different routines including weight lifting and calisthenics routines plus a whole lot more so keep an eye out for those, I hope they help!
