East ends considered the hood. Center around Winchester Street. Prominatly between the two major rail roads running north and south along Railroad Street and Kentuckey Ave.
I waited 11½ minutes for him to get to the other side of Monroe St, on the east side, but it didn't happen. The west side (in video) isn't considered 'hood'
Buggy worldwide TV - What a poor example of a hood. Did anybody see any hookers? Or burned out buildings? The only drugs we have in this town are the ones that have been okayed by the city, the county and the townships. They couldn’t wait to get their hands on that kind of money. And yes you can smell it at most intersections north and southbound Telegraph Road especially near most of the dispensaries that litter our county. I remember when you couldn’t buy liquor before 12 on Sunday now they’re standing outside the doors of these places at 9 o’clock on a Sunday morning, I wonder how long before the insurance companies start charging the residence of the two different Zip codes more money for Car Insurance over this issue. If you really want to see the hoods cruise the multiple dispensaries in Monroe. We have quite a variety. You’d think you were in Amsterdam. Just minus the brothels.
I grew up on the East Side. Never had any trouble, would even go the orchard, and im white. Just don't go out at night without friends. Moving back to Monroe. You missed the hood, East side.
Your in the wrong area for the actual Hood of Monroe, jump on I-75 and get off at exit 13 Front St, drive up and down those streets you will see the difference
@@circleinforthecube5170 it really doesnt seem like hood to me lol, just another town in the midwest. Compared to hood on the east coast this aint nothing lol. Chester PA has a port and plants, but is dirty and the most dangerous city in the US.
Look at the muggings and car jackings. All the street people pan handling at the corners. This is a waste of time video. Nothing to see here. BTW I live in the West side of Monroe. You should have filmed the East side.

Is that really hood? Actually looks pretty good if it is a hood, the ones we have on the East Coast are a lot uglier for the average hood.
its alright, we have two huge powerplants, and a decent state park, we also have a big great lakes port
