    Such a beautiful video. Mexico is wonderful and so are the people there. Their kindness and hospitality is beyond anything I have experienced in my own country, sad face now. Too bad we have to leave home to experience such kindness and warmth from complete strangers. If ONLY some ppl could learn to treat visitors to our country the same way you were treated, when you visited Mexico.

    I often forget how diverse and beautiful MX is from top to bottom and ocean to ocean. It's a country stunning in natural beauty. Muchas gracias.

    Love this series dude, reminds me of my grandma and how delicious her cooking was... I regret not spending much time in the kitchen with her as I should so I could have kept the tradition..... thank you for sharing this wonderful series with us, God Bless..., and if you ever open a restaurant, if ever in your neighborhood would like to try the fruits of your knowledge .. cuidese y siga asi..

    great video, as to maize or harina? The best maize tortillas taste better than heaven, could eat them by the truckload on their own fresh.
    However maize is something you have to make yourself or know someone who makes them,, harina is a lot easier to get good enough specially since leaving mexico.

    Knowing all those birds were ripped from their home to suffer the rest of their lives in cages ruined this video for me. Now I'm heart sick.
    Those poachers belong in prison.

      La ciudad de san luis potosi esta a 2 hrs de zacatecas de san luis potosi a xilitla son de 3 a 4 horas en carro pero

    Bird story is sad how awful that we take them n put them in cages just awful they do this in so many Countries it should be against the Law and in.most it's not ! They sell them n it's shameful!
