I was lucky to visit few countries. One thing i felt whenever i returned from a tour that india is so colorful apart from all chaos. Rest of the world looked black & white almost.

if you go to north india, or south india you will see totally different food cuisines and totally different culture, india is very diverse and so flavourfull

You should have visited all across the country, specially Eastern and Northeast India for food which the western world has not discovered yet but probably more tastier than what you have been exposed to. Indian food is unique in that it tastes incomparably better in India...I've lived in a lot of countries and grew up in an Indian household in the West, the food in India cannot be duplicated outside of India....

India is a beautiful cosmic chaos. The ethnic and religious diversity over there is insane. The oldest civilization sure has some of the greatest food out there. It's like MasterChef's are casually there everywhere. You should try more veg dishes as most of them are kinda unique to India.
