Grooming or Itching?

Please take a look at my 11week old Rex bunny. He is a pedigree Syandard Rex Buck. Had his virus vaccine on the 10 week mark and also had his flea and worm treatment and will be due again 25th of September.
All ya bunny experts, please help me solve the mystery of him "grooming or itching", I've blown the fur and seen no traces of eczema or dandruff or mites nor walking dandruff as some call it.
Also, if you have any ideas for making his life less boring, please let me know.
