First to comment. I think Witch Hat Atelier anime will do just fine. Yeah... Zom 100 had production issues. But it seems like Shirahama-san who mind you is involved with this anime is not wanting it to fall behind. Plus w/ the director of Summer Time Rendering and Children of the Sea. I geninuely think its going to be in good hands. Not to mention this anime could of been in production for quite some time.
