Another great practice! You really put a lot of time and thought in this 10 challenge. So many different ways of doing daily routines. I really like the windshield wiper move though my hips get tight standing all day. I appreciate everything you have done and will do. Keep up the great work!

i knew my ankles weren't that flexible but they REALLY aren't that flexible haha! i really enjoyed this practice. i learned something new about my body today. i feel really great thank you so much :)
Day 9, what a beautiful practice this one is. It even reminded me of my ballerina days and all the painful foot work we had to do lol This practice helped me to bring more movement to my very sore body and I do feel a lot better. Day 8 and 9 have easily and quite possibly become one of my favourites. Thank you lovely lady🙏💕🙏

I am blown away by how much stretching was included in this very short seated practice! I would strongly recommend this one to anyone who has been standing for too long and needs to rest their leg or can't do inversions for any reason (i.e. sinus congestion, menstruation).
I really appreciate the daily spark, as it sets a certain mood to the practice, little something to be aware of! Today´s spark was important reminder, thanks for that! 🌼 And thank you for the work you have put into these videos. I found your channel through searching workouts for fibromyalgia. I loved this practice. It stretched all the places I need stretched, and felt great. About a year ago for no apparent reason I developed acute tendonitis in my left ankle, then 6 months ago kind of a frozen QL muscle causing constant pain during lower back flexion. This session addresses both issues. After 3 months of physical therapy with no results, hoping that upping my yoga practice frequency will help alleviate and prevent further pain. Really enjoying your sessions. Thank you!
