Did you know Alyson Court the original voice actress of Claire Redfield was in charge of localizing Megan X 5 in the US and and changed this Boss name "Tidal Whale" to " Duff McWhalen" in the american localization. It was a reference to Guns N Roses.

After I started watching your videos this is the first song I learned (with out some of the crazy bits) it took me forever but then I got easier and easier and I love it! Guitar is really hard to learn but when your learning songs from your childhood it's much easier.
That's awesome! Learning stuff you love definitely helps the process! And it's an amazing feeling when you can start to play along with the tracks! Keep at it!

All the x5 bosses got renames, grizzly slash=crescent grizzly, axle the red = spike Rosered, mattrex=Burn Dinorex, The shiver= spiral pagecion, Izzy glow=shining hotarunicus, dark dizzy=dark necrobat, squid Adler= Volt Kraken, and Duff McWhalen is now Tidal Makoeen, or just Tidal Whale

True. But I really love the instrumentation choices in the McWhalen version. It was more of an inspiration for this than Bubble crab was.

It saddens me a little the fact that the original version didn't make it to the game due to X5 being planned to be the last game of the X saga and wanting to convey some nostalgia (you should listen to it)
