I think I have a favourite song, then i hear another one and so on ... Just love them all 😊 However , I think this probably is my most favourite because my late long-term partner and I played it and just let Don's beautiful voice wash over us a few days before he was taken into hospital and within les than a week , he died before I could get in to see him 😢 but although it brings tears everytime I listen to it , it's also so special . I am really looking forward to being with my love again forever in God's new Kingdom 🤍

My favorite male country artist of all time!!! I grew up in the 70s and 80s loving him and always wanted to meet him. Just a pure voice, so smooth, clear, and country. I wanted to see him perform live right here in Bham before he passed away but I didn't and knew I would regret it...I do!!! Omg he was just an amazing singer and is so missed. I just happened on this song on Valentine's Day, barely a year since the precious love of my life passed away from leukemia caused by Agent Orange during the Vietnam War. I miss him every minute of every day, and this song brought instant tears. I've always liked Don Williams' beautiful, tender voice, and combined with these lyrics, it's bringing back very happy memories of my Bill. Someday we'll be together again, and I just pray that it will be sooner rather than later.
