I never understand how can you start the video by saying “watch how a murderer gets away scot free” and less than three minutes later advice that murderer to “call a lawyer because the police isn’t gonna help you”. If you want to literally advice violent criminals to better save their sorry asses from justice so bad, then at least don’t be double-faced wishing that they lawyered up from the very start!!
Especially when the only reason why you do have this channel and can make videos is because of the criminals that do NOT lawyer up!

A friend is a career cop. He always says to his kids that if they ever get in trouble for ANYTHING, don’t say a single word. Not one. Either leave if you can or ask for a lawyer and don’t say a single word. The small talk is to get a baseline on you before they start the meat of the interrogation. It’s all a technique from start to finish.

I had to read on the case but she is the Aunt of the suspected murderer. She went to pick up her nieces (laquanda) baby and some tires from the baby daddy (victim-Josh). Her son (R. exile) and the suspect (C. Nero) was with her. The suspect (Nero) is her nephew and also the brother of the victims(Josh) baby mama (laquanda). She had the child leaving the apartment while the victim (josh) and his baby mamas (laquanda) brother (Nero) were arguing. she heard a shot and the victim (josh) yell ive been shot. She ran down to the car with the baby and then the suspect and her son (R. exile) all drove off. She said that he (Nero) said it will be alright auntie and he showed no remorse. The cops used that as a basis to charge her nephew (Nero) They were under the impression she would testify against her nephew. When it came time to subpoena for court she had heart issues etc. They could never get her to court to testify and so the prosecution time ran out so he was release with charges dropped. Not sure why it is her interrogation that says psychopath. No back story or psychological eval on anyone involved so this video is confusing. Youre welcome!

My step dad was a Lieutenant with the police department for 30 years. A few things he taught me.
    1. It doesn’t matter what you’re being questioned for. No matter how small or big the situation, ALWAYS, keep your mouth shut, and ask for a lawyer! Shady cops will use some tactics like telling you that only guilty people ask for a lawyer. Nope smart people do. If they say that, your only response should be whatever, Still need a lawyer. If they say your friend already rolled over on you, “whatever, still need at lawyer!!”
    2. NEVER, EVER let the police in your house without a warrant!! No matter how nice they are being. There is a process they have to go through to get into your house. Do not let them bypass the work they have to do. If they want into your house for ANY reason, they need a warrant.
    3. Read up on ALL of your rights!! Know the law, and don’t let them scare or bully you into a confession or anything else! Some police will do anything for a confession! Don’t fall for it!

People seem to think that by asking for a lawyer it makes you look guilty and somehow counts against you. It doesn't. Always ask to speak to a lawyer who can advise and speak for you and get a grip on the situation.

Just my honest feedback here: this video was not very clear for me. The title and description say this person is a *cold blooded psychopath who murdered someone* Nothing shown or said in the video explains or proves any of that to me, or leads me to believe that. I also didn't hear anything about the psychology of the case or those involved.
This is too one-sided and doesn't include enough background info, evidence, or accounts from anyone else involved or anything like that, which would very much help to understand the case more. I was also very confused by the end of the interview leading right into the conclusion of Nero's arrest.
*Edit* _So Many_ people in the comments here think that Gary (the woman being interviewed) is the guilty party, which is not the case. Again, this video is so not clear or explained well.

she truly does not seem like a narcissist nor a sociopath. Sometimes police fabricate stories about people to make them appear better than they are. I was once interrogated while tipsy with alcohol and my story kept changing. The interrogation was brutal...they cussed me out, threatened me, did not allow me to use the bathroom nor drink water, yelled racial slurs at me, and told me I was going to jail for murder. I was the one that called the police in the first place. When the paramedics and police arrived, I was the one who was handcuffed and interrogated brutally. I was placed in jail, finger-printed, denied a lawyer, etc...they tried to force a confession wanting me to sign a statement saying that I shot my two friends. when I told them no they said I will go to jail either way. since I refused to sign the confession I was going to jail for a longer sentence. What it was ...the police could not find the criminal and so they just wanted to close the case to make them look good. Eventually after many hours of surgery my friends survived the shooting and they both said who shot them and guess what it was not me. The police let me go free but I still had to spend a day in jail, strip searched, anal cavity searched, brutally interrogated, etc... it was very scary. This woman seems uneducated , yes, and sadly the police are taking advantage of it just as they took advantage of me when I was under the influence of alcohol. I do not know if she is guilty or not but I do see that the police are in the wrong.

I believe the psychopath the creator was speaking of was Courtney! However, the woman in being interrogated straight up lied when she said she was drunk during her interrogation. The went on the claim “health issues” during the trial which led to time running out and a murderer going free.
I don’t believe anyone made up stories about her.

FOR THE PEOPLE THINKING SHES THE SUSPECT…… I feel she was nothing more then a witness, Courtney was the suspect, she was just caught up in a stressful and life threatening situation so she reacted by leaving the scene to get away from the threat (gunfire) afterwards she starts putting two and two together and realizes that her Nephew (Courtney) may be the culprit and so she did the right thing and is telling the police.

A lie is usually made up in linear fashion and hard as hell/near to impossible to recount backwards or from the center. Thats why they jump around in the interview. The fact that even the truth is still subject to human memory may be a factor, but if it is what really was experienced, it is easier to recount backwards or from the middle of the time-line and remain consistent.

Police stopped my boyfriend and his friend in a car and I. They took us downtown. They had all 3 of us in separate interrogation rooms. One detective came to the room that I was in at 15 years old and told me I know that you know what is going on. They robbed a man at gun point. I told him I was at school all day and I don’t know what they are talking about. I truly stuck with my story which was true. I was at school all day. They told me my boyfriend confessed and it’s time for me to do so too. They kept me there until 10 that night. I got out school at 2 PM. I repeated my innocence Over and over. They eventually brought me home. And they also released my boyfriend and his friend. That was my first experience with the police and the abuse that they throw at the inner city community. I wish my immigrant parents new better to hold them accountable for my distress and sued them. Police need to be held accountable for bullshit such as this. I am 36 now with 3 children and I will forever remember that and will always hold them accountable for lies and abuse that they dish out to inner city blacks and whites. I am grown and educated and know the game now. Fuck the police. We are to trust them but can’t even do so because of shit like this.

This stuff is real and happens to innocent people every day. Our police everywhere should be held accountable for the mistakes they make. I no what happened to you was no mistake, it was deliberated, but failed to accomplished the unthinkable. Task forces are now saying the gangs nowadays are turning into "hybrid gangs" which makes it much harder for police to track cuz certain people will be staging a robbery today on the South with one gang than tomorrow they're drive-by shooting with a different gang, shooting up the same ppl who they just kicked it with 12-24hrs ago.
The younger gen of gangs from 12-17 etc don't have loyalty towards anyone around and are out to shoot anybody.
Kids as young as 7yo out here running the streets, vandalizing, got parents who don'give a shit except when to whoop them and there's little to no supervision so of course they're going to look for it elsewhere.
I feel real sorry for the future generations cuz many of these kids are fkd from the moment they are conceived and its ppl like you who think they're some kinda superheroes.

Obvious answer would be: plenty of people leave, you're just not watching their interrogations on UA-cam because no interrogation took place lol.
But I also assume the average person thinks "I did nothing wrong, if I walk away now they're going to think I have something to hide". The police kind of enforce that belief.
And who's got the money to call a lawyer when they're innocent?
Better to just go to the police station and clear things up... If you're innocent, you've got nothing to lose, right? After all, the justice system would never fail anyone...

Just wanted to say that I am genuinely over the moon that this upload is around the 30-minute mark as opposed to the two, three, four or TEN hour uploads. Please, don’t get me wrong, the quality of your work is *unparalleled* there no doubt about that but sometimes you just want to chillout to a thirty-to-sixty-minute upload as you’ve got less chance of being disturbed and feel able to absorb more information as it feels more… concentrated.
Thank you very much indeed Stranger Stories, it is always a highlight when I get that notification you’ve uploaded. You guys (and(or) ladies) are awesome, as is the community here.

As much as it's annoying, it's for the purpose of catching you in a lie which as you can see her story kept changing and even I was lost at what actually happened. Now they made the repetitive questions obvious which most detectives I've talked to don't make them so obvious that they're asking you the same question but this is literally a common tactic for detectives. I think she knows more than she's saying however I think this really was something she got caught in but didn't want to be in.
