Fun fact: Having Twilight be the ruler of Equestria was actually Lauren Faust's original idea for the finale, and i was happy that Hasbro decided to stay true to Lauren's vision even after she left the company. but since many people in the fandom already figured that it was how the series was gonna officially end it was kind of inevitable.
I think this show was the true meaning of even a ‘kid show’ made adult cry like this show is really special
No matter how many times I rewatch this, I still get teary-eyed. Plus seeing Granny Smith's neckerchief around Applejack gets me all the time

Every time i listen to "The Magic Of Friendship Grows" and i see the book close on the Mane Six, it always makes me think-"Farewell Twilight and friends, thank you for everything! you will be missed so very much. and even though you will never return you shall remain in our hearts forever!"

It's been three years and yet that final song still destroys me. 😢
Here are some things you guys probably didn't know about the aftermath in the fandom after the finale officially aired.
1. Big Jim Miller answered questions people had about the show on Twitter, and one of the biggest questions people asked if AppleDash and FlutterCord were finally canon because many fans assumed the ships were, but Jim said that the whether they are or not is up to the fans to decide because the writers purposely left stuff unanswered questions because they wanted to give the fandom stuff to speculate about.
2. Since Granny Smith didn't appear on the Apple farm during the song, many people assumed that she might've passed away along with Goldie Delicious since both AJ and Apple Bloom are seen wearing their scarves at the end.
3. Big Mac and Sugar Belle's foal is actually officially named Big Sugar.
4. Another one of the question Jim Miller answered was that the reason why Cozy Glow was never given an official backstory like most of the other villains in mlp is because they just never really got around to discussing it.
5. When Brony Analysts review the finale episode, a lot of the reviews were negative or at least had a lot of negative opinions in them.
I ship fluttercord and i’m pretty sure it’s canon, and also the foal wasn’t officially named. That’s just what they thought of from the top of theirs heads

This was such a sweet send off to the show. Its hard not to tear up while watching it.
Yeah, especially when you’ve been watching the show for the longest time.
But the show lives on in reruns. As you know, “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic” continues to have a living legacy among fans and fandoms along with the fans from G1. Both G1 and G4 MLP were iconic.
Oh my gosh, the FEELS!! No matter how many time I watch this series finale, I cannot hold back my tears. “It’s super effective!” The closing song(The Magic of Friendship Grows”)is the absolute best of the show in my personal opinion, more so that “The Perfect Pear” song! Even the theme song jingle at the end gets my heart swelling every time. Seeing everyone living their lives in the future was incredible and getting to see all the faces we’ve met throughout the show was absolutely heartwarming.🥹
I may’ve began watching MLP FIM after the 3rd season finished, but I felt like I’ve taken in all that transpired for the longest time and it was so impactful to me for following this show for so long! I love G4 of MLP, from the bottom of my heart and I hope to share these cherished memories with a lot more people who may be interested in this show. The show may be over, but there are extra episodes that contains events regarding the book of memories that Twilight was given near the end. Friendship is Forever they are called. I recommend covering them.😉

I love how the last few episodes of this season quietly show support for same-gender relationships. Not only do Lyra and Bon-Bon get married, but it’s implied that Rainbow Dash and Applejack are a couple now too.
This song makes me tear up easily and gives me goosebumps. Seeing all of our beloved characters for one last time was truly heartwarming, literally the best ending possible they ended with a bang. This was indeed 9-10 years in the making. So glad I watched this show, it helped me become the person I am today especially thanks to fluttershy she loved animals in general and I love marine creatures, hence this was the driving force for me to pursue marine biology. Anyways this show is freakin awesome! I’ll be honest in my opinion and kinda sucks that G5 is not that good, it has mixed reviews and as fans of g4 like u guys I’m sure you’ll understand y by watching it, but I’ll admit it does have some good banter. Lol
This episode hits harder now that I've decided for sure to move to Australia. But alteast I'll be going to friends but will be leaving so much behind.
The last song and the book closing will always make me shed liquid pride.
Seeing Applejack wear Granny's scarf made me ugly cry my heart out because I realised she's gone😭😭😭
Pinkie Pie is my favourite character, and my favourite ship in this show is Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich...i can't believe it's CANON!!!!! AAAH!! ...btw just so if you don't know, Lil Cheese is a boy :D

After 6 seasons, a question was answered, in the final montage sunset shimmer can be seen , she is cannon and so is EQG.
They just nailed the ending
That final song never fails to make me tear up, especially with the little MLP jingle
is a little sad you weren't available to all to the very end with the full gang, but it was really good and funny watching react, specially armored with his easy crying, it can be really good to do a react from the very first episode of show, I would like to see it

Well gentleman, you've officially finally made it to the end of the line of the series congrats!
The series finale was fantastic although i remember some people not liking because it didn't end they way they wanted too, but i for one think the FIM series ended on a pretty good note, and even though it was never confirmed exactly how much time had passed in the episodes time skip i personally like to think that it's been at least 20 years judging by how old the members of the Mane 6 and Spike looked. and speaking of the main characters and age i also remember people not liking Twilight and Spike's grown up designs, i mean i can understand why they didn't like Twilight because she looked like a Celestia knock off, but Spike didn't look that bad sure he was cartoonishly buff but still.
And it was a real delight to see all of the other characters aged up and seeing what they all accomplished in life, and it was especially good to see the CMC grown up naturally this time around although many assumed that Granny Smith,Grand Pear and Goldie Delicious had passed away at some point.
And as for the song "The Magic Of Friendship Grows" that instantly became another one of my all time favorite songs in the series! i especially love that the moral of the song is that as time goes by the magic of friendship will never die and will continue to spread from one generation to the next.
But anywho i give the series finale a definite 10/10! and i'm happy that i got to accompany you guys on this journey guys thank you so much for this!!!
Well i for one is not happy with all the potential that the show still had that were flushed down the drain. And for no reason.
@@V.A.G.A. Actually, the final episode was great, its just that the final season was forced to oblivion and there were a *lot* of wasted potential with the show in general. Which just makes this last episode hurt even more since it actually was a heartfelt send off.

Yeah phenominal ending but sadly beame bittersweet after G5 premiered. Don't get me wrong I loved it but it clearly shows something went horriby wrong at some point, and being ambiguous to avoid spoilers. I know they already reacted to G5 movie but since new info has surfuced since then that they might now know about I wanna keep from blowing it
Well. The show has come to an end. However, it’s fans like us that help keep the spirit of G4 MLP alive.
Since we already know Season 10 is in comic book form rather than animated form, I started reading the first few volumes and I say it’s getting good.
I'm glad that you're enjoying the season 10 comics so far Twist, however i must tell you that a lot of people think that the season 10 comics sucked and on some level even i'm inclined to think so as well i mean i didn't think they were that bad but they aren't exactly great either, i won't spoil anything about them for you i'm just telling you everyone else's general opinion on season 10 but positive or negative people are entitled to their opinion.
About the Apples, if you look closer you'll see Applejack is wearing Granny Smith's kerchief, and Apple Bloom is wearing Goldie Delicious's.
Also, I would enjoy seeing you go back to the beginning to revisit episodes. It would be fun to see what triggers memories for you after all these years.

I hope one of these days, you should react the MLP G1 series including the first two specials “MLP: Rescue At Midnight Castle” and “MLP: Escape From Katrina”, a theatrical flop “My Little Pony: The Movie” the original 1986 release and an animated series which were part of “My Little Pony & Friends”. If you are into G1 MLP, you should do their reactions soon.

I always cry when I watch this episode, so I make a point of avoiding it. For this though, it's worth it.

Can't even imagine if I came to this fandom not after all 9 seasons are done, but right at the start.

I can't believe you stuck around this long and didn't see the end of the series.
I'm not that emotional. So it takes a lot to get me to cry. And yet I believe that I will never be able to hear that song without crying based on the simple fact that I have always cried every time I've heard that song. Usually after I've seen something a few times, the emotion that I'd feel the first time at least dulls after several watching (that doesn't mean it's less enjoyable to watch, just that if it made me cry once, that's usually it. And yet I have heard that song several times, and I still cry each time.
I'm sure it's a no brainer that we hope to see you react to G5.
