    Are models created using grid modeler optimized for use in game engines? Specifically n gons created during modeling process will they cause a problem?

    • @AllThingsGameDev
      @AllThingsGameDev  Рік тому +1

      There is a checkbox in blender when exporting that can fix issues with Ngons. I think its called triangulate mesh. It fixes any issues I have run into with ngons.

    how do you keep track of how big you are setting your grid to? so the different shapes youre modeling dont have different angles when there is verticality to the shape? and is there a way to make the grid size safe from the previous shape you modeled? kid of silly mine keeps resetting to a goofball size after creating a new face.
    it is making geo inside of the object when modeling this way, do you go back at the end and remove all the internal geometry?
