Holy shit, what is it about american boats that make them so insanely expensive? NO WAY that's a 1,7m boat, 1,3 TOPS. For 1,7m you could get a Princess, Fairline, Galeon etc. with 5ft extra length and an interior that blows this clean out of the water (pun partially intended), plus all the tech this has and more besides. That interior reminded me of Viknes, a 300k Norwegian fishing boat.

Yes. You can get these pretty cheap from arab emirates. Rich kids buy them and NEVER leave the port. Like you need to do some work on them since the engines most likely never have run for long.
cod1mp you can buy a depreciated yacht, like the above commenter said, for around 40-50 percent of the new cost after 15-20 years. However for a 50 Foot boat id probably factor in $30-40k per year for running costs and maintenance. A friend with a 20 year old 115 Foot boat pays $200k/year in maintenance!

They are cool but pricey, a seakeeper for that size boat with installation will run you about $100,000

A 54 is a big boat. If you don't have 1.7 million to spend, you can buy a decent 54 footer for 250k that is 15-25 years old.
