I've noticed a pattern from most ASMR VA's, the listener is usually a vulnerable, weak, feeble minded clumsy moron.

Me: "You have my word, Your Majesty. I'd say, 'cross my heart,' but, well..." *(shrugs)*

The vampire here kinda reminds me of Hellsing's vampires, Alucard and Seras. Alucard pledged his loyalty to the Hellsing family after he had been bested by Abraham Van Helsing. Alucard is known as the most powerful vampire and uses his powers to destroy other vampires. The vampire here also reminds me of Seras because in Hellsing, vampires become more powerful if the person they're drinking from consents to them. (Though the part where the listener drinks the princess's blood here was kinda forced through mind control but I guess it kinda counts?)
The only difference here is that the vampire pledged their loyalty directly to the royal family.. and they're probably not crazy overpowered.

If this continues, I could see the next part where the princess and vampire get closer. Perhaps the vampire could have known her since she was a child. Then eventually she becomes the bride of the vampire.
