Is it soul music? Is it funk? No it’s Prince Music!! Welcome to the Purple Party.

Good reactions. He literally is in more pictures with a guitar than without and people don't know he played guitar? HOW? As for the trademark Prince screech/scream, he does it in more songs than he doesn't. It is very hard for imitators to copy. He sang high and he sang deep, sometimes in the same song. "3 Chains O' Gold" is a good example. As well as "Damn U" and more. Prince transcended genres. He was a little bit of everything rolled into one and played over 30 instruments. He played over 20 on his first solo album alone. Check out "Bambi" from his 2nd album and/or live performances to see him show off his guitar skills early on in his career, which garnered the attention of The Rolling Stones who invited him to open for them, but it didn't go so well. Prince didn't let the poor reception of the Stones' fans dissuade him for long though and kept pushing on and breaking more barriers.

He played 21 instruments and on some of his albums, he played every instrument and did all voices. He was a complete entertainer. Michael Jackson was no match for Prince''s excellence in songwriting, instrument playing, and singing, and he choreographed all of his own dances. He could out-dance MJ. I saw them both in concert multiple times and there was NONE better than Prince.

Check out his SuperBowl performance in its entirety, and "It's Gonna Be a Beautiful Night" from the Sign O' The Times concert movie, then check back in with us to ensure that you're okay...

I actually prefer the performance from the Syracuse concert in 1985. His cover of "Creep" and "Come Together" from Coachella are worth checking out too. It's bootleg footage, but it still sounds good. His cover of "Motherless Child" is epic.

He said it right Jesus Christ is God and he's the only 1 God that can give salvation since he died on the cross and rose 3 days later to take away our sins so we can be saved only by Jesus... there's no one else he is without sin.
