Up till now there are 33 people giving the thumbs down in this video ,,,,,,can’t believe it ,,,,they obviously know the square root of zero about music ,,,,,,,,keep it up absolutely brilliant
i guess Im asking the wrong place but does anybody know a method to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot my password. I would love any help you can offer me
Wow! That's how Irish music should be played. Until I read the text I thought the session actually was in Ireland. It reminds me I must pop across from Pembrokeshire to Co Wicklow and join in some sessions - it's been a couple of years.
I am just starting to learn the tin whistle at 64 so never too late. Really enjoying it. Never played anything before n was kicked out of the choir when I was 10
Definitely more cheery than Miss Julie or Wild Strawberries,,,glad to have my stereotype of Swedish/Nordic miserabilism destroyed, Take your playing to Ireland,,,this is a just weregeld for the ninth century Nordic invasion, You might find you have ancestors/relatives there, Whatever,,,,your playing is a joy and a delight
Don't give up! I had the same kind of "Frankenstein" hands, you just have to keep playing and eventually they will loosen up. I have been playing the Fiddle for three years and I still have to fight being stiff, but I am starting to get there. I wish I could join this jam session. I already do one at an Irish Pub near where I live.
What does the lyrics exactly say besides Oh! The Britches Full Of Stitches ? I can hear the answer says something different. Awesome playing BTW! Thank you!
Hey guys... What are you singing there??? "All the britches are full of Stiches, All the Britches are full of ????" Full of ?"holes"????? Full of "Ohhh"?

Did you make these words up or where did you get them?
Why is no one wearing shoes?
They sold them to buy instruments. The Irish are poor but dedicated.
So they don't mark the floor when they're keeping time.
Note the shoes worn by the fiddler. I suspect the others are not wearing shoes as to not make noise to distract from the music.
We don´t wear shoes indoors in Sweden.
Mhaith sigh
tin whistle

Hang on a second, we'll fix this
