Dog involved in trailway attack has been deemed dangerous, had history with ACS

The I-Team has learned that the dog involved in a recent attack along the Leon Creek Greenway has been deemed dangerous.
Elizabeth Daniel and her dog Torin were on their daily walk when she says the dog charged at them and started biting.
She suffered bite wounds to her leg, and Torin was wounded on his front leg and back.
