Masque or deep conditioners are marketing terms in the end they do the same thing and have mainly the same type of ingredients... conditioning ingredients.
My hair density was very less as compared to previous year due to smoothening. To get back my hair I started using coccoonion anti hair fall set by littleeextra and it was successful in enhancing hair thickness and growth. I would suggest if you use it then always cleanse your hair by mixing shampoo with a little water before using as it works much better that way. Also when you apply hair oil then warm it a little and then massage on scalp. Apply it at least once or twice a week. Use wooden neem comb while brushing your hair and use silicon scalp massager while washing your hair to get remove pollution and dirt etc and it gives even improved results.

it's good but the smell gave me nausea
