Seeing teenagers in the 90s jamming out to smells like teen spirit in their car while headed to the video store is the most 90s video I never thought I be able to see
It's wild when people saw the rare video camera back in the day, they were either surprised or shy. Contrast that to 2023 when there's a camera in every hand, on every street corner, and all over the skies. You leave your house, you are on video almost your entire day to some extent..
I've had the same thought. That's part of what makes posting this stuff so fun. Everyone records everything these days. Not so back then. The mentality has also changed. I remember back then girls hated being filmed or having their picture taken but these days girls are constantly taking pictures of themselves. Different times.
Dudes. I wish I had a camera back then, seriously though, this is the next best thing. Me and my pals were up to all the same mischief. Thanks for posting this. It's amazing. You deserve an a award for documenting all of this. You are about to have some heavy traffic. This stiff is gold.
Looks like a pretty fun Friday night. This was 20 days after my 9th birthday. I was still quite a way off from having these types of nights. I probably hung out and played with friends until about 9 or 10pm. If not that then I must've gotten my mom to rent me a video game from Blockbuster earlier in the day. I also remember watching the TGIF line up of Perfect Strangers, Family Matters (or just Urkel as we called it), and Step By Step. I had a huge crush on Suzanne Somers at the time like most guys did. I probably stayed up as late as my eyes would let me and woke up the next morning to Saturday morning cartoons with a huge bowl of cereal or maybe even some good ol' reheated Chicago style pizza from the previous night. Good times back then.
"You're only young once". Love it! Man, your L.A. Video looked incredible. Also, I never imagined how much nostalgia I would have for an old school box of Munchkins until this video. Killer stuff as always!
I have that Hellraiser 3 tape! I have the 4K of it as well, and it's kinda crazy to see it look that good now. This was way back before Hellraiser Bloodline (and all the endless sequels afterwards) and there were only five Halloween movies lol.
I remember when hellraiser 3 came out I was so disappointed, years later it grew on me. The first 2 are my favorite. As for Halloween 1,2 & 4 are my favorites 😊
S.F. 2 is my favorite fighting game , when Dunkin Donuts was actually good. You had a way better bowling alley than mine lol. Going out to rent a movie/video game was my favorite, just wasting time browsing and chit chatting with people, sometimes I would see some of my friends in there . My friends would say “let me guess you’re renting another horror movie ?” 😂
Hey man love your 90s videos especially this one i was wondering if i could have your Permission to use your 90s videos in my tiktoks and giving u a shout out
@@mistah_whiskahs Damn..... I salute her male friends.. wow P.S. I wanted to give you a thumbs up for replying but the fact that you never saw her again sucks and no thumbs up was given :( Thanks for replying, I really like your channel

3 decades later and video stores are a thing of the past!
Ikr, I worked in one for almost a decade, teenage years and early 20s. Best job ever😄 I so miss the simpler times..

Thanks! I loved the "you're only young once". I knew I had to end the video with that.
When social media meant talking to each other in person and actually hanging out with ur friends.
That chick is WILD. 😂 Must’ve been looking for attention. Definitely reminds me of my teen years! I’m on a binge right now..
