I met Chank in 2016 after a Gregg Allman concert on Rochester NY. A former roadie for the Allman Brothers who they knew as Gyro, was sitting next to me at the show and had backstage passes. Chank was the one who met us at the elevator up to the green room. We met and talked to Gregg for a out 20 minutes. He was very happy to see Gyro after many years and were sharing memories. He was very cool and gracious!

It’s legit and I sure will my dad loved his job and he tells me every day he misses Greg dearly I’m just happy that I gotten to be parented by a man that enjoys everything he done in life and so that u know it’s true my dad called me the day Greg passed and said he was in savanna He cried he also has a mushroom tattoo on his right leg in tribute
